The location was very convenient, with a Ross next door and a restaurant right in front of the hotel. Being pet-friendly was a bonus. We had one of the rooms in the back of the property, and when the sun hits, not even the AC is enough to cool it down. We noticed a couple of tiny roaches, but since we were only spending one night and considering the price, we decided not to make a big deal out of it.

Our initial room had an unworking AC, but the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. She gave us a new room that had an extra cold AC.

To make matters worse, I accidentally left behind a very important and valuable personal item after checking out. I’ve repeatedly tried contacting housekeeping and the hotel, but I’ve received no response, and no one has been able to help locate it. The complete lack of communication and customer service has only made an already bad experience even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Buena ubicación. La limpieza del lugar estaba bastante deficiente. Había cucarachas e insectos causados de la suciedad. No había recursos básicos necesarios para la estadía como papel higiénico. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente y emitía demasiado ruido por lo antiguo que está. Las paredes del cuarto con mucha suciedad y bastantes manchas. Muchas de las luces no funcionaban. La ducha estaba demasiado sucia y con muchas marcas de óxido y sarro.
