Best Western Mission Inn

So nice to find a dog friendly hotel with a nice grassy area to walk in.

Old property, clean and newly painted but no real renovation.

The rooms were very spacious and clean

The pool was not open and it was a heatwave. I had my 9 year old grandson and it completely changed things.

Q+staff was nice, room clean, beds are way too soft, yiu literally sink, maybe they are a special mattress and we arnt used to them.. the room always kinda dark. We didn't get ro eat breakfast

The room was clean and the hotel in general well maintained. The staff was friendly helpful at all times.

Good place to stay not undated but very peaceful and enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are spacious.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just okay. My main complaint is that there were fruit flies and mosquitos in our rooms (we had two rooms in two different buildings) that flew on you all night, leaving some bites and they were buzzing in our ears all night. It was impossible to sleep and I was super exhausted the next morning. They likely need an exterminator to spray the rooms. I won't come back for this reason only.

Clean room, helpful staff and very nice breakfast dining room with well prepared selection of food.

Internet was down consistently. Ice machine was broken.

The room and staff were great. Unfortunately I had to get on the road before 6:00 and missed out on breakfast. The staff did get me a cup of coffee and offered me fruit and juice which was very nice of them!

Best Western Mission Inn was pretty great. Check in staff, I believe was Damien, was super nice and welcoming and gave us a goodie bag at check in. Tracy, breakfast waitress, was very friendly and we enjoyed biscuits and gravy, eggs, toast and coffee. Room was nice, clean, pretty large and AC was cold. We really enjoyed our stay. Side note: parking lot needs some work.

I booked and paid ahead for an ADA accommodation and was told at check in that our room was given away because we were late to check in. My mom uses a walker and we were put on the second floor with stairs being the only access, very disappointing.

Excellent hotel with good breakfast for a great price. The only thing that needs improvement is the pavement in the parking lot. It is full of potholes.

Older property but well maintained ( parking lot needs work) very clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Very personable staff.

Honestly, did not expect a lot from this place. But they blew me away! Will definitely stay here next time! Parking lot could be redone, but overall excellent stay!

Luis who help us with check in was amazing with accommodations. Gave us triple AAA discount, Information about the breakfast, explained the bedroom accommodations, upstairs or downstairs the area , provide us with complementary water and offer coffee.. Luis has a pleasant and respectful demeanor....we would stay in this hotel next time we travel to New Mexico....

The TV STOPPED WORKING each night, parking lot was horrible, had to leave a day early told the office the next day they texted asking what time we would be out so I know they didn't check us out even after we notified them. Would I stay there again never
