Staff at the check-in and out were nice and friendly. The lady working the breakfast area was nice, friendly and kept things clean.

Damian at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I don't know the name of the morning staff at the desk when we left, but he was also great. And the woman in the restaurant was so sweet. Even tried to help with tips on better routes to take on our journey. The cooling in the room was spotty. Very cool over in the corner by the a/c unit, but progressively warmer toward the door.

Before you unpack, make sure your room has fully functioning air conditioning and television.

Again, the gentleman that worked that night made the stay feel kind and respectful. The front desk lady that checked me in that morning was stuck on her mobile phone, texting.

There was a dark haired gentleman at the desk at my late check-in whi made my check-in experience wonderful. So much so, that I even extended my stay. The woman, during the morning I extended my stay, took approximately 20 minutes to check me in, as she was distractedly texting. This caused her to give me the keys to a different room, 136. I had to walk back and request the correction, which took another 10 minutes due to her continued texting. The night prior, I spoke the gentleman who checked me in. I asked that if booked on Booking again, if it was possible to keep the same room. He checked things in the system and he said he believed it was fine and would leave a note for the next agent. I only discovered I had been handed the wrong keys by the woman agent when that courteous gentleman at the desk called to ensure I was in the same room as requested. According to the system, I was now re-assigned to room 136 instead of 138. He was asked if I was happy with my accommodation in room 136. I informed him I kept my original room but had experienced issues during check-in. He gained clarification and rectified the mistake in the system. As someone with experience as a GM for hotels, I believe this staff member deserves recognition. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was kind, worked through Sunday and Monday night, and handled the situation professionally. My suggestion is to improve the consistency of check-in process to reduce distractions and delays, ensuring guests receive accurate information and a smoother experience. Keep the mobile phone away from guest view. It's the least one can do to show hospitality.

Very clean. all furniture made of wood, great design and kept very clean. Spacious room. Great breakfast buffet.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and good prices. Would definitely stay again.
