Also, in the King Suite, it's a little annoying that there isn't a freely available outlet for charging a phone by the bed. I had to reach behind the bed and unplug the alarm clock to use its outlet.

I stayed in this hotel a couple of months ago and got a room that had been updated which was very nice. We stayed again and the location was very convenient, staff was great, they had a nice lounge, but the room we stayed in had not been updated. So bathroom was pretty dayed. But it was clean, comfortable beds and fine for our visit.

Clean room

Modern from the outside and old-world elegance inside. Great staff. The bathroom was not ADA compliant. Also, no refrigerator. Could not get TV to work properly. Also, no CNN nor MSnow.

The rooms are basic but thoughtful with the theme of NM and really roomy Beds are comfortable Bathroom spacious AC cooled well and it was quiet building Didn’t have much of a view but likely other rooms on the property would have a view of the Organ Mountains We’d stay again when visiting Las Cruces

Beautiful Hotel. I loved the outside pool area, and staff were excellent and on top of it.

The pool and grounds are well kept and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful! The beds are super comfortable. It wasn’t quite as clean as I was expecting. I’m thinking the room we stayed in has not been vacuumed due to several pieces of small debris on the floor.

Sadly, I had high hopes for this property . Check in was smooth. We arrived to our room and when we entered the bathroom the first thing we noticed was white splatter all over the mirror. My son attempted to use the toilet and noticed dried urine all over the toilet . I phoned the front desk and they were completely unapologetic and seemed condescending, but said they would send housekeeping right up. A new room was never offered. At this point we just did not feel comfortable staying at the property, asked for the refund and left. Expedia has reached out on our behalf, surely the hotel will do the right thing and refund us.

Very friendly staff, check in was quick.

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly, they have a delicious beverage at the check in desk for guests to enjoy. This is the best option in Las Cruces, NM. It has a Spanish Hacienda theme and every decoration is thoughtful and well chosen. Will absolutely stay here again.

The room was good but a bit worn, but not too bad. The pool during the day was great and the staff was wonderful. The grounds are pretty and fun to explore. The only thing that was off was a drunk rowdy crowd at the pool in the evening (7-9p). It could have been just our timing. We are a pretty easy going family and our kids did not notice so we stayed for a bit but the rowdy crowd likely would have offended most other family’s. Other then that it was a fine stay

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. My only complaints are the pillows were completely flat. Had to fold them and sleep with my arm underneath to get any kind of lift. And there were no plugs on either side of the bed so I couldn’t sleep with my C-pap which would have been more of a problem if I was staying for more than one night. That being said, I would likely stay there again and just make sure I bring a short extension cord for the C-pap.
