Studio 6 – Las Cruces, NM - Telshor

When I got there they did not have a clean room and it was an hour after check-in. Then when I went to the room they gave me it was not clean. The beds were not made then they gave me another key and it I had to go back down and it did not work. Once I got into the room it was just a regular room with a refrigerator, not a studio or a suite as advertised. Then I tried to lift the shade up and the shade didn't work. Then I wanted to have a cup of coffee and the coffee maker didn't I went out to get something in the vending machine and every Coke machine on every floor was out of order and the snack machine only took quarters. It was absolutely ridiculously terrible. I will never ever go back to a hotel by motel 6 also, the management complained about their staff and that housekeeping wasn't doing their job to me. Very unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews at all but I felt like this needed one

The hotel was cheap, but you get what you pay for. There was hair on beds and in the shower. Floors were very sticky. Hallways were dirty. There were a lot of people living there and it felt rundown. Waited 20 minutes at front desk just to check in with no staff in sight. Hot tub was broken and being used as a kiddie pool.

Unfortunately everything was bad No clean towels,smelled like cigarettes as you walked in. Hair on bed, in tub. Pillows smell dirty and filthy like sweat. Panel on A/C unit was broken couldn't close it. When went to get towels at front desk was told we need to take our own. Tub smell like pee. Won't be going back.

West the best but wasn't the worst Staff asking a few hours before check out if we were leaving, and trying to charge me more for my 15yr old thinking she was older also I put I reserved it to pay at facility and they took payment out way before arrival

Front desk worker was amazing. However the property needs maintenance. Our room was poorly cleaned.

Air was off when room, no filter on unit very dirty plugged up coil and took forever to cool down room

Nothing good to say, from the check in was bad It was dirty pee stains in the bathroo, hair in the freezer

Phone didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work no glasses in bathroom for water to take medication. No hangers for clothes. Coke machines broken.

This stay was just the worst I have ever had with booking.com. No customer service, room was dirty, lock on door was broken, said it king size bed but was a full. Lock out of my room and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to front desk. I tried calling, yelling and no one would answer. They feel that I do not deserve a refund and I only stayed one out of my four nights.
