The casino was HOT air conditioning were not working in a few places heat coming out, Air conditioning in the room, when is comes on LOUD noise as if someone was busting through the door, and the same when it turns off, didn't get a restful night sleep. The cleaning crew were horrible when i called for more towels and clean sheets they only brought up 1 set of towels. called the front desk and asked them to come back and change sheets empty garbage, bring more towels. My experience there was not a happy one especially it was my birthday weekend. I WILL never stay there again.

It was ok they upgraded the casino area and the food was good at the quick restaurants. The room was outdated and not the cleanest. Also was kind of small

The hotel is an older hotel and the shower floor has stains so bad that it looks like the shower is dirty. This problem was brought to the front desk's attention, and no apologies for the inconvenience was made. This hotel will not be recommended to my friends are family.

We always enjoy our stay. This time we also ate in the steakhouse which was delicious. Only complaint was the entertainer was to loud. Very hard to have a table conversation while enjoying our dinner.

Plenty of waitresses, personnel very kind. No roulette, black Jack or craps table games. Went to another casino to play. Black mold in our shower stall. Two meals that were okay.

No refrigerator or microwave, room was not very clean, the air conditioning was not cold plus we got charged extra fees that were not listed in booking. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is so run down. The room was terribly dirty. Their rooms definitely need to be refurbished. The check in clerk was rude and unfriendly. Won’t stay here again.

Room had an old smell to it. The shower was dirty like ut hadn't been cleaned in months. The floor in the shower was soft and uneven. Bed was not comfortable. Carpet was dirty. The casino was small and quiet. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room I was put in was one of the old rooms the carpet was tearing, the rooms need a major remodel, very dusty. the elevator was making noises; the room was worse than Motel 6. the shower was not working and the tube was clogged. I asked to be move to another room with a shower that works. That room had no hot running water. The room key to the room kept giving me an issue to get in my room. as well everyone's room key to get in the pool area was not working when I asked a worker about it, they said it does that often to keep trying and insert the room key in a few times to get it to work. The hotel needs a remodel. No one should be given a room in the Sedona section it should be close down I am shocked its open.

Rooms are very outdated, honestly didn’t want to sit on the couch in our suite and didn’t want to use hut tub in our room. Very old hotel but wasn’t horrible.
