Tropicana Laughlin Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

​I am writing this review to warn anyone traveling with a boat or trailer to Tropicana Laughlin. They urgently need better lighting, more security cameras, and active security patrols in the boat/oversized parking lot. ​While staying here, roughly $700 worth of valuable equipment was stolen. I filed an official police report and notified hotel management, but so far, no one has followed up or provided any assistance. ​It is extremely frustrating to pay for a hotel stay only to deal with theft and zero accountability from management. Until they take guest security seriously and upgrade the lighting and surveillance in that parking area, I recomment to take your expensive property inside the hotel

Called for housekeeping room more than an hour to show up with the wrong thing. We had a remote that did not work for the tv.

The only down side about our visit was that they weren't able to give us room keys when we checked in. We ended up waiting around 3 hours before we could get them.

Nice staff in all the resort.

No fridge called housekeeping took forever to get one my insulin was in cooler. Very noisy no food for late nights we never got housekeeping to clean our rooms we had to call for towels

Parking close to casino elevators. Great bargain for the price.

Parking easy, some employees helped not all. Good service and fast food at restaurant. Clean place building, enjoy my stay.

I will always try to get the non smoking floor.

Lots of parking for vehicles with trailers. It's right next to a gas station with a Subway and an In-n-Out!

ANSWER WAS $50.00 plus a $100.00 hold. WOW! I was shocked. Needless to say, I am elderly and on low income. You would be holding $200.00 out of my Social Security check. Needless to say, I had to leave, which spoiled my time. You have a very nice facility. I was impressed. But remember, you do not have the only facility in Laughlin

standing water left in the tub like 3 inches deep!! smoking room with no ashtray, rips in sheets, i left!!!

We really enjoy staying at Tropicana and frequent this property more than others. It has ample parking for trailers of all sizes and its right next to In-n-Out and a gas station. Plus there's a Thai restaurant and a sushi restaurant very close.

First of all when we checked in the man that checked us in was rude when telling me he needed another card for a deposit for the room which I was not aware of. Second, our room was never attended to in any sort the whole time we were there. Third we called for bedding. It never showed up. We had to call back again and ask for it. A man showed up basically threw Sheets at me and I asked him for a blanket and told me have no blankets. And then when we checked out I asked about the deposit and the man said it should be about 7 to 10 days. If you're getting anything back and then I was charged another $85 and called back to ask about the charge and was hung up on three times. Never got an answer or call back when I left a message.. very disappointed in our stay... And we've stayed multiple times. Won't be back and passed the information along to others .
