Room was very clean. Casino was clean didn’t smell like smoke like the other casinos. The bar that had music DJ was great.

Great Service. Loved free parking and free valet. Pool was excellent. Cocktails were great except for no blender for frozen Cocktails.

Clean room and hotel too

The room was clean but the vent fan to the bathroom did not work and there was no way to release the steam in the room after showering in the bathroom. The humidity level was really high for lack of a working vent. The hotel and room were quite nice otherwise. I do believe I was charged the resort fee twice. I haven’t had the opportunity to confirm the second charge but I paid the resort fee charge with my debit card on checking in then was informed the same amount for the resort fees would be withheld from my $100 room deposit at check out.

The Staff was not very friendly at check-in. They definitely made us, & most others waiting, feel like we were an inconvenience. We witnessed the Host yell at a Guest for "not waiting in line" when he was just trying to locate Pool Towels. We Reserved a Courtyard Accessible Room, which had a nice layout over all. The Room itself was very clean. Fridge & Coffee Maker provided. However, the Patio was completely covered in bird poop, as were the chairs, so it was pretty useless to us. We enjoyed the Casino & had an excellent Dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse. We also enjoyed the Pool, which was very clean & was river-front. The Property could use a little attention to detail as far as cleanliness.

Oh no! The pool was open to children, and everything was free. The restaurant was wonderful. The hotel also has an adults-only place where you can relax. There is convenient parking, although the car is parked in the sun. The room was clean and tidy. Everything was wonderful!

The pet fee was not disclosed until arrival and it was $75 I asked how late pool was open. They told me but failed to tell me the jacuzzi was being repaired. The pool had a lot of debris in it. There is only one food option after 10 pm. And there was mold on ceiling bathroom.

We have stayed here once before with no problems however this time was terrible. We were assigned a room, and the air-conditioning was not working! {remember it's Nevada and was over 108 degrees outside] So they assign us another room, we go to that room, and the air is set at 50F and also hot! Go back to front desk where again another room and the same thing! Needless to say, it's not after 8pm and we have to find another hotel to stay since they had no other rooms with air! I am still waiting for part of my full refund, and it has now been 12 days since trying to stay at this hotel! We definitely do not recommend and will never stay here again!

The staff was great, but the room floor turned the bottom of my feet black and the AC was via Swamp Cooler, which meant it stayed at about 79 degrees. It made for very uncomfortable night's sleep. The hot tub was down, and the pool was also dirty, specifically on Sunday looking very cloudy, having floating debris, and feeling warmer than it should be. There was also a lot of wasted space at the pool that could be put to good use with pool parties for various ages/contests/DJ/music/food/drinks that seemed like a missed opportunity, There was also zero incentive for renting a cabana since they didn't even hardly look over the river. The machines seemed a bit tighter than some of the other casinos, but we met some really great people from AZ. We did leave a valuable bag behind and the staff made getting it home simple.

Golden nugget is really nice and clean to stay in laughlin highly recommended
