We like the first floor doggy park outside the rooms.

Every thing was great. We stay there every year very comfortable and a safe place for my children.

Paula was very helpful at the front desk. Also very pleasant attitude.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but the restroom floor tile was loose and tiles were lifted. I had an incident where I sliced the skin off my foot.

It’s a Casino, there are on site restaurants, upgrade to the river view if you can.

The property needs a facelift.

Very run down doesn't look like they have updated in a very long time

Don’t bother calling ahead to get conjoining rooms or rooms next door to each other cause they will act like it’s impossible either way. AC sucks unless you’re standing right next to it. Everything else was good, basic hotel. Valet was the sweetest and they worked so hard, ran in 110 degree weather for cars back to back etc. never had to wait long for our car.

Reserved courtyard room and got 3rd floor room. Sent property a message and no credit or refund for the difference. You don’t get what you pay for.

Everything was clean and staff was nice. The only issue was a staff member walking door to door between 8-9 in the morning knocking on doors/opening doors checking rooms?

We stayed in a pet friendly room .Room smelled good not like dog .Easy access to courtyard for the dogs to dog there deads . Floors weren't very clean. Be were the smokey out side patio from the guest. Overall 4 to 4.5 stars

Pool was so cloudy we didn't go in it, the. When we were checking out pool was roped off to be drained n cleaned.

All the stuff for the casino are very kind

We stay here just because we need a bed. My family is usually on the lake most of the day. The room was clean enough but it had a terrible smell of mildew and cigarettes. Our air also barely worked. We had maintenance come out and clean it but it didn’t help at all. The room just felt muggy the entire time. The last few times I’ve stayed here I’ve had that problem with the air. Overall it was just an okay stay.

I’m so sad! The pictures looked like it was going to be an amazing stay, but in fact was somewhat the opposite. Our first room was clean until we went into the restroom and there was yellow water in the sink. Then, we got switch to another room and it had a horrid stench of cats which is odd because they don’t allow animals (besides dogs) on the premises. The floor has cat litter & cat hair on it. My 22 month old found cat toys and trash on the floor and in crevices. When I used my disinfectant wipes it came up black. Our other bed had a red stain on it. It was just a disaster. On the bright side, the property is lovely and staff is sweet especially the housekeeper who helped us.
