This was my second time staying at this place and I was let down terribly. The room’s AC wasn’t working and we were at over 100 degrees temperature so we’ve got no sleep, on top of that the room was super outdated with dirty carpets and dirty sports in the bathroom. plus, the shower had bad pressure we were barely able to get a shower. Overall disappointing this time. I really don’t think I will be back.

Our room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. However, our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in. I requested service, and they unclogged the sink, but it only lasted one day. I had to request service for the bathroom sink the three days we stayed. The only other issue in the room was that there was no shower curtain or sliding glass doors. When you take a shower, the water falls on the tile floor, which makes it slippery and dangerous. I had to spread towels on the floor to avoid an accident.

Great for the price and not wanting to go to LV. Remember hotel is OUT DATED… not a lot of food options… the rooms not all that and definitely not worth the upgrade don’t do it. Let me clarify I did not get an upgrade. I just asked more details of the upgrade so the rooms looks the same The only difference is the view. And the price will be $30/40 per night … no thank you

Rooms were warm. AC wasn’t blowing cold air

The AC did not work in our room and nothing was done we checked out

Staff was helpful, property lacked simple amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Pool was small, no bathrooms within the vicinity. You have to go back into the hotel to use the restrooms. Room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. Furniture and tv were dusty as if the room had been vacant for some time.

When I first arrived i stood in the line for registration. Was completely ignored... After some time passed a cleaning lady told me to go to the VIP line cause no one will help me in the regular line that i was in.. I looked over at the two ladies at the front desk standing in the corner just talking away.. I walked over to the women and said I'm not a V.I.P. but no one is helping me in the regular people line. Then she said so How Can I Help You Now? I booked with Hotels.com and was told they would pass along my request to the hotel. I had asked for a room on any floor close to the elevator due to recent Knee Replacement. The room I was assigned was the very last room farthest away from the elevator.. after walking through the casino, and down the great hall from the shinning just to get to the room.. i took the ice bucket and had to walk all the way back past the elevators only to find the ice machine was broken...No Ice on this floor. Got back to the room only to discover the tub was running and the water would not turn off.. I was able to get a different room on another floor close to the elevator that also had an Ice Machine that worked.. As far as beach access the tables and chairs were tided up and locked.. and didn't even open till 10am. After 9pm there is only smash burger and the old lady who works was so over whelmed she was shaking, and all the orders including mine while i was sitting there were wrong. I out of space for the rest but definitely not here again.

Stayed in the South Tower, very accessible to Casino Floor via the elevator. Newly renovated rooms were a plus, only issue my room had a small water stain on the ceiling, besides that it was a clean room.

I had never been to Laughlin, but had seen other Harrahs' properties. Not knowing any of the casinos, I went by the name. While everything was okay, there was nothing special about it. The employees did not look that happy and rarely did I see them smile. Parking is a nightmare compared to the other casinos. The elevator in the garage does not go to the ground floor, so you have to either take a long flight of stairs down and walk across a parking lot or take a long walk to the elevator to the casino. If you take the elevator, you exit outside of the casino and turn right to walk to the entrance. The entry is an unattractive low lit, low ceiling area. The check-in individual was nice enough, but no interest in welcoming us or promoting the establishment. If you want to go to the beach, be prepared to navigate several sreps. One exception to the average rating of Harrahs was the Guy Fieri mexian restaurant, El Burro Bucho. While visiting the other casinos on the strip, we were introduced to more welcoming and brighter hotels and casinos with more choices for food and activity, especially Riverside Casino. The classic care exhibit was unbelievable. Their gift shop outshines the one at Harrahs by far. To sum it up, we will not being staying at Harrahs again, but will stay at others on the strip.

Room phone had poor volume and spend 20 mnts hold to talk to front desk finally I gave up and went downstairs but issue was yes and not resolved

Staying in that room was a terrible experience. The dogs in the room next door kept me up all night with their barking, and there was a bad smell because they had pooped right outside my door. I explained this to the person at the front desk, but they didn't care...
