Garden Inn

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Disgusting rooms, horrible smell of cigarettes and weed everywhere, cockroaches, shady area. They even tried moving me to other rooms but all the same. Thankfully the staff did their best to accommodate but terrible property overall. Couldn’t recommend at all.

When we arrived the building is run down. When we went to check in we were given 2 rooms to check out, I had ordered a king size bed, and were given room keys for two double beds. Both rooms were filthy and ill repair. The linens were torn. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod. I would never recommend this to anybody this hotel is unfit for habitation.

When I arrived, I met at a small window and stated my name, and the guy gave me a key. He handed me a key and a piece of paper with my room number. I climbed two flights of rusted-out stairs, which were rusted out with holes, and I had to walk carefully. There was no light for half the walk. The TV was not operational at all. The floors were dirty, and the entire room smelled of extreme cigarette smoke. Even the beds smelled like smoke. I had no body wash. I had a small packet of shampoo and conditioner. The tub was rusty, continued to drip all night, and the room was very unsanitary. The air Conditioning barely worked. I did not feel safe.

No clean

There’s no elevator. U have to walk up multiple stairs cases to get to ur room, and it’s burning hot as well. The hotel room floor was coming up as well.

Exposed ac wires in front office and extremely hot .. landscaping very over grown .. standing water in parking lot despite the fact that he hasn’t been raining .. at least 20 feet of shingles is visibly missing from the roof .. there is trash from the homeless people living by the building every where .. the hallways and room reeked of urine! There was cigarette burn holes in the blankets on the bed .. We didn’t stay in the room more than 2 minutes.. I’m sure there is more .. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express when we left .. it was more but clean and safe!!

Just dirty

By far the absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. I was given a room on the 4th floor but then told elevators were broken. Stair case stank of urine, room was disgusting, there were roaches crawling on the wall, microwave didn't work and TV kept glitching. I would rather sleep in my car than ever go back there.

This place is dump and in a serious need of renovation. The parking has more potholes than Baltimore City. There is no lobby, just the front desk. The room was so bad kept I was afraid to sleep on the bed. The bathroom had mold or a bunch of black stuff on the bathtub wall. The toilet had a running water because it was broken. The draperies had burning holes all around them. No telephone in the room if you want to call the front desk or has an emergency. For an Hilton or a franchise of Hilton, that place is a disgrace to the Hilton corporation.

Exspedia allows you to pick the amenities that your looking for my husband and I are handicap and everytime we reach the hotel they know nothing of this list would you send him that info , because the owner thinks It DOESN'T EXIST AND IM TIRED OF NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND RUDE PEOPLE ON YOUR EXSPEDIA SITE WHICH I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS RELIABLE. 3RD TIME THIS YEAR!!!!

The property was extremely dirty and smells like garbage there was no access to the main lobby. Try to get a refund and wasn’t able to get any help. I ended up not staying at the property.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. This hotel was sooooo disgustinggggg. It was also unsafe, with the door leading to the outside not even being locked. I do not recommend it at alll. For it to be in such a nice area, you would expect better. Please DO NOT BOOK this hotellll. There was also mold everywhere, so beware.

We had no TV

The room was absolutely disgusting. We left upon inspection of the room. There were bullet holes in the windows, a homeless person living on the 6th floor, and our 5th floor hotel room was offered without a functioning elevator. There was blood on the bathroom floor, there were over a dozen holes in the walls, and the linens were filthy. Frankly, the building is probably at risk of being condemned, and the police should be called.

Cockroaches in room. Dirty towels. No chairs

All the service was good

The flight was good the room was terrible!

The room was dirty and the stuff was nice but I return my key back fast
