Booked and paid for one night online from the parking lot. After looking at the room we decided to go elsewhere. I asked for a refund and the person at the desk said he couldn't do that. So, we had to pay for something we didn't get. Bad business.

It was a decent place for the price.

In the kitchen, the fridge was tucked so tightly in between the wall and the counter and the fridge door would not shut completely unless you shoved the door closed. The rest of the rooms were good and served their purpose for the short duration that we were there for.

Check-in was easy, room was clean but very humid. A/C needs to be running all day long to avoid condensation in the room. Cold cigaret smell in the corridors. Room not cleaned during the weekend (towels were changed but nothing else had been done). Breakfast more than basic (fried eggs during week days and sausages during weekend) with bread, jam, muffins, juices and coffee..

Be prepared they don't really have any shampoo or conditioners or I don't think they have any wash rags very limited no coffee in the room kind of minimum

It was close to what we was there for. That they asked for a $50.00 holding deposit for if you smoked in the room. Which was not on the booking.com app . And you have to all most demand it back when you check out.. and I asked for a handicap room and the bath tub side was to high for me to get in it..

Oh, one more thing... what's with bed frames being replaced by what seems like a tin can lately?

Breakfast was good, but very limited menu. The room was cool and well kept. This hotel is a very good value.

Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.

To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. Instead, a pool filter hose had been clamped between the sink drain and the drain line. This allowed raw sewer gases to enter the room, which made the stay very unpleasant. The floors were also scratched and worn throughout the room, giving it an unmaintained appearance. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The eggs appeared old and looked as though they had been microwaved. The only fruit available was a plastic-wrapped apple. There may have been a waffle maker available, but it was not obvious or easily accessible. Other than some cereal, there was very little to choose from. Overall, the condition of the room and the lackluster breakfast did not meet expectations. The sewer odor issue alone is something that should be addressed immediately, as it raises concerns about both comfort and proper plumbing standards. I tried calling down to file a complaint, but never received a phone call back. When I contacted the customer service line, they were pretty unresponsive.
