Relax'Otel & Spa, Le Barcarès

The room, staff and pool were all good. The beach was close, with all facilities, a good stay.

Minor thing but a kettle in the room would be great.

only shame is that if you search for a place with pool, there is often an extra fee - like here too - I think €25 for the whole spa, but it's not re-ally worth it of you want to go for a 20 min exercise swim in the morning only thing for me - but it's because i cannot eat Carbs that the breakfast is almost all bread, croissants, cereals, but this is everywhere ... and please as a general plea to all French cafes ... please offer Soya or 1 alternative milk, if people have a mil intolerance or vegan people. We travel a lot and most countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, Germany, NL, Sweden, offer some alternative, but in France NEVER or rarely :-) and they look at you as if you asked them for the most unusual thing. Come on :-) this is 2025 ... far more people drink Soya or Oat milk.

Exceptional

One of the key highlights is that the hotel offers free parking, which is always a great perk. Plus, it's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the Village de Noel, making it easy to explore and enjoy the festivities. Moreover, the hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help with any needs or questions we may have. I noticed a specific smell upon entering the lobby that extended throughout the carpets and hallways. Although my room was spacious and adequately clean, I must mention that the towels provided were very old and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the beds were not the most comfortable, and the blanket felt somewhat itchy. To heat the room, I had to rely on the air conditioning. Also, there are no attractions / restaurants near the hotel (except a McDonald's).

It was clean Nothing like the Booking, spa was not included and they didn’t mention it on booking. When you ask the staff they said breakfast was included but in the end I had to pay for it

The employees were really nice. Quiet area near the christmas village The carpet was dirty. The handrail from the balcony was loose and it moved with the wind during the night, making a lot of noise - we couldn’t sleep. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors’ conversations.

Terrace of the room, parking was free. Room was smelling really bad, bathroom was very small. Breakfast didn’t have anything warm, you only had option to boil an egg.

The hotel is very well located to the porpose of going to the beach. It is super clean , not very luxurious ,but the staff is super nice , extremely polite. Nothing to say really!

SImple but great hotel with very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Close to the beach for a nice evening stroll (15 min from the Boat and close to some reataurants) Nothing really, all was to our wishes and according to what we expected.

The location of hotel is very convenient. You can get to the beach in 5 minutes, the sand is clear and wide. Very good breakfast, broad variety of products. Clean and pleasant swimming pool, enjoyed it The hotel is from 80's, but it was okay for us

Only stayed a night. Location was decent. Staff was very kind. Room was clean. Thin walls, could hear the people in the room next door. Breakfast wasn't amazing, very average.

Lovely pool, great sunny terrace with our room.Great breakfast….would come back.Excellent, secure parking. 10 minute walk into town but that was fine for us.

Very comfortable, very clean and a great breakfast. Restaurant closed on Sunday.

Parking, Beds, Good noise isolatiion. Take rooms off the roadside if you want to sleep with windows open.
