Nice camping, but stuff is absolutely unprofessional. I recently stayed at "Camping Rives des Corbières" with my girlfriend and our dog. While the camping site itself is decent, the post-stay experience was extremely disappointing. We were charged an additional €49 for "cleaning" despite leaving the mobile home in good condition. They failed to provide any cleaning tools, and when asked for proof of the home being left dirty, they sent pictures of minor issues like a single dog hair and an overlooked ashtray. Moreover, there was no clear information on Booking.com about separate cleaning fees. To add to the frustration, they demanded an extra €7 for our dog, even though we checked in with the dog and faced no issues at reception. I've been traveling for 20 years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when considering this place. Their lack of transparency and poor communication can lead to unexpected charges and a ruined holiday experience.

Disappointing

Nice location, close to the beach and town. The mobile home was very new and clean. Big territory, swimming pool, bar and laundry. No kettle in the mobile home, instead there was a coffee maker. A small kettle would make more sense. There's a long list of things that need to be cleaned before leaving the cabin but no cleaning stuff is provided. The WiFi signal wasn't strong enough in our cabin, we paid 5 euro to use the Internet and couldn't use it.

The chalet’s must be next to new - everything was in great condition and it was really clean. The pool area is brilliant for children. The location is good as it’s close to the beach (5 minute walk). Good value for money. Great staff. When we went to check out and hand in our keys the staff (who were extremely helpful and friendly) made us wait at reception until they had checked the chalet. This is a strange company policy and I can’t imagine them being able to enforce it during peak season. It wasn’t a nice end to the stay to wait around and be ‘checked up on’. They have card details so why not do what every other hotel/ site does and charge for any damage or extras after? Maybe this is just me but it’s not good customer service.

Mobile home wasn’t clean, staff wasn’t able to help. They did apologize for the discomfort though.
