Very clean rooms and cozy bed Feels like a motel and everythig is so tiny

Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Easy late night arrival with key box. Clean. Not really possible to open window during night. However room was equipped with a very quiet and good AC.

Only the location The receptionist lady was not too friendly. The room is really small for the money that we payed. Really tiny bathroom, not comfortable bed and really old setup.

The proximity to the beach was great. The fact that they made space for me to park my car on prem was great too. Service was slow, breakfast was not worth the money it cost. Value for money was definetly not there. The room was cramped, the floors dirty, the bathroom TINY and smelly. The entire place is in disrepair and could do with a lot of TLC. The breakfast was not worth the money they charged. I understand that pets might require additional cleaning but charging 9Euros per dog was a bit over the top - especially consodering that pet-owners always get the worst rooms.

Excellent location, about halfway between the beach and the main shops near marina A. Room was clean and staff very welcoming. Breakfast was extra but good continental style. Room was on the small side and the shower/toilet/sink was compact but clean and functional.

Friendly owner, quiet location on the beach. Unfortunately, it was too windy and rainy to take a walk. Very good breakfast. After a terrible day of re-organizing a rental car in Barcelona, I arrived after 7 pm and the office was closed. But I kept pounding on the door thinking an overnight manager had to be there. In fact, the kind, friendly and understanding owner did come to the door and got me settled in.

The people were very friendly and welcoming ,going so far as to drive us to perpignan station as it was a Sunday,transport being scarce, the breakfast was excellent and well worth having,I couldn't recommend this hotel more There wasn't anything needing improving, it is in an excellent location

We liked the location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was nice. Easy walking distance to the beach with small children. Good air conditioning. Room was very basic and bathroom and shower were tiny.

Cean, and the staff was Great! They don't have shades on the patio with bright morning sun in everyone's eyes and they should occasionally vacuum the cobwebs on the patio ceiling.
