La climatisation était vraiment nulle. Elle est contrôlée généralement donc on ne peut pas ajuster en fonction de ses besoins, il y en a uniquement une dans le salon, ce qui veut dire que les trois autres chambres c’était un enfer pour dormir. Sinon le logement les mêmes était OK mais la climatisation vraiment nul.

Les femmes de l'accueil sont souriante et réactive, l'agent qui controle le logement au départ l'est tout autant.

Low cost total, te tienes que hacer incluso la cama al llegar, podrían poner fundas de almohada de tela. Es ridículo que te cobren por ver la tele, tienes que pagar para que te den el cable de antena. Horario de recepción muy limitado. Los cojines del sofá huelen a polvo, no los lavan desde que los compraron.

Les extérieurs et les locaux communs ne sont pas entretenus Le logement n'était pas très propre, les vitres étaient très sales Pour 120euros la nuit dans un hôtel on a une très belle chambre, là il a même fallu payer la télé en plus, les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas comprises ... il faut même ramener le linge de lit à l'accueil au moment du départ ! On ne peut pas arriver avant 17h00 et vu la queue à l'accueil on bénéficie du logement très tard Bref pour un logement de ce type et de telles prestations ça ne vaut pas plus de 60euros la nuit

Sauna and swimming pool the sea front

Nemea is well located next to the beach and has good amenities (pool). We were there just after the summer season so it was fairly empty (except for a few retirees). The apartment has all the necessary amenities. The communication was truly the worst. On booking one can’t really see that there are additional cleaning fees of €65-100. It wasn’t obvious until we received our first message from Nemea (only in French) to inform us about needing to clean the apartment before leaving. After that I was bombarded daily with requests to download their (useless) app to check-in. I tried cancelling through booking a week before but Nemea only responded on the day of our arrival that it wasn’t possible. Staff at Nemea were also rude, irritable and really unwilling to be nice.

"Terasse" fanden wir etwas zu positiv beschrieben, weil man darunter eher was mit Aussicht versteht. Besser wäre: privater Bereich im Freien zur ausschliesslichen/alleinigen Nutzung. Letztlich muss man sich im klaren sein, dass es eine pragmatische Standanlage im Hafebereich für Familien mit Hauptzweck ist, dort zu verweilen. Leider fehlt etwas Natur (Bäume) Etwas chaotische von einer Touristikkette mit meheren Anlagen geführt (unklare Aussagen zu Extrakosten)

Tout augmente beaucoup le prix de la location !!

Everything is at an extra cost (cleaning, towels, dishwasher tablets etc), sauna not working, and the beds are very short. Also the cleanliness and condition of the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Location is great and there are nice things to do around, amazing beachside and great cycling routes. Sunsets at the venue are great! Highly recommend the oyster restaurants in the area. This was in April, so might’ve been a bit out of season as well.

Receptionist did not notice us to clean it all before checking out. It was told when we were checking out :If do not clean by yourself you will pay clean payment 100euros.

En plus du tarif qui est très honnête, l’accueil était parfait et chaleureux, l’appartement bien agencé et équipé, wifi gratuit à la piscine, piscine intérieure chauffée, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna ne fonctionnait pas (mais ils venaient tout juste de rouvrir donc ce n’est pas grave). Tous commerce à proximité, boulangerie, Lidl… Bref deuxième fois qu’on y reste une semaine, et parfait de nouveau!

Exceptional

Near the beach, spacious parking lot, close to a mini market, a very practical design in a lovely village. we enjoyed our time in Port Leucate very much. This concept of check out inspection and self-return of bed sheets on Saturday morning when everybody is leaving is an area for improvement.
