The bathroom shover is too small for showing.

Air conditioning Breakfast, not healthy or tasty. Also, flies everywhere, in the orange juice and in the honey.

Very nice to have a bedroom and a small kitchen with microwave and fridge for a 2-week stay. Bathroom was roomy and plenty of storage space, shelves and hanging but not enough hangers. I loved the Chromecast on the TV. Everyone on the staff from front desk to cleaning staff were kind and helpful. The location is great as there are multiple tram lines within a few minutes walk and also a large grocery store and a boulangerie. They also allow pets! I wish the bedroom was slightly bigger but I am used to American hotels.

I stayed at Kyriad from Friday afternoon and checked out on Sunday morning. Staff members were excellent, comme on dit en Français, “Ils étaient irréprochables”. My only issue is that my room wasn’t spacious, I don’t know if it’s the same with every room. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that my room wasn’t spacious enough.

Staff very nice. Free hot drinks outside breakfast hours. So many things to say. My experience at this establishment was nothing short of a disaster. For a professional in the hospitality industry, seeing this level of disregard for guests is frankly insulting. • Financial Negligence: The hotel is still withholding my €100 security deposit (which we had no idea will be taken when booking) with no explanation. It is unacceptable to be so quick to take a guest's money but so incompetent when it comes to returning it. • The "Bait and Switch": Despite booking a double room over a month in advance, I was told upon arrival that none were available. I was "downgraded" to a PMR (accessible) room under the guise of it having a "walk-in shower." In reality, the bathroom design is a joke—the shower is completely open, meaning the entire floor remains flooded. Every time I needed to use the toilet or brush my teeth, I had to wade through standing water. • Zero Acoustic Privacy: The sound isolation is non-existent. I could hear every sound in the corridor and every movement outside as if they were happening inside my room. I was jolted awake 4 or 5 times throughout the night. Verdict: Between the structural failures of the room and the blatant lack of organizational skills regarding bookings and deposits, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this hotel if you value your money or your sleep.

The breakfast is rather sparse, there is no soundproofing, and the price-quality ratio is unfavorable.

Convenient Very busy at the time
-
no small fridge in the room , the room size is small , under the bed should be cleaned , two days after checkout till now and still waiting the 100 Euro to be available in my credit card
-
They provide complementary coffee and tea and such hot drinks, from a proper machine in the lobby The room was tiny (probably around 5m2) and the building itself seems quite old
-
They ask for a deposit of 100Euros for no reason and it is not specified at the time of booking

Professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, everything was perfect and I'm sorry I didn't book this hotel for the whole duration of our stay in Paris... Would repeat it on first possible ocassion. There was a small catch - you don't see info about obligatory 100€ deposit for check in; it is not mentioned during booking process and is only written in small print at the very end of booking confirmation (and who reads small print?). Hereby I'd like to apologise once again for my harsh words to concierge who welcomed us and was more than professional and polite - it was 1 AM, we were drop dead tired after traveling, and this info blew my lid. This negative feeling was quickly ironed out by his patience and our meeting with the room itself. Another positive thing is that deposit was returned to my card the same afternoon after checkout. Small drawback is also hotel's position - it is a bit out of city and it takes almost 20 minutes walk to the nearest RER station. It should change once new metro line is introduced, in a couple of years.

Look old and need renovations

The small bathroom. The distance to Paris proper. A lot of walking, riding bus or train.
