Convenient location that not too far from public transportation. The parking situation was complicated with barriers everywhere. There was no mention that the underground parking wasn’t accessible to SUVs but only mid-sized cars.

Some of the staff members were really kind and helpful! Lack of AC during the whole stay!!! Other guests were complaining about the same issue at the same time, so I can't really understand the high rating of the hotel!! We got a room upgrade last night, but we faced the same issue (setting the temperature at 20C in the evening and waking up with 27C in the morning), and mind you, it was before the heat wave!!!! Management completely unresponsive!

The location was great The staff were not helpful. The heating did not work our first night so we had to switch rooms for the rest of our stay. The room was not cleaned regularly. There was no soap for the hands.

There was some noise outside with the window open. Easy fix for that was to close said window.

Honeslty If i needed to stay more than one night I would have change the hotel Very bad staff, I don't understand, I specified that I arrive between 7 and 8 pm, I arrived at 11 pm and still had to wait for the room key, also need to pay a 150euros guarantee, this wasn't mentioned anywhere, neither on the website nor did the hotel send a message before to inform about this. I am sorry but even 4 stars hotels in Sweetzerland don't take any guarantee on the credit card. Also the checkout is so slow, so so slow. I don't get it, is the staff not used to work quickly, it's either they're managing two people at the same time, or asking each other how to do this or that, couldn't even add the company name on my bill and wrote it by hand. The breakfast, so poor for 13 euros. Really few options and not even fresh coffee or milk are served. Disappointed.

Everything went OK, this is a functional hotel in a convenient location for the Kremlin Bicêtre campus. Located very close to the péripéhrique, but well sound proofed. The neighbourhood completely lacks charm, and I didn't find a good place to eat nearby

close to many shops and supermarkets In the check in, the guy in reception do not gentil with us, don’t want to explain anything about the place. we did the check in past midnight, so fly was delayed.
