The hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious—especially compared to the tiny hotel rooms in Paris, this one feels huge. The breakfast is delicious, with only high-quality, fresh, and very tasty products. The location is convenient, about a 7-minute walk from the metro station and around 5 minutes from bus 47. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are no shops in the area.

1. There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room!!! Unbelievable!!!! Not having cold water available at all times!!!! 2. At 8 o’clock during breakfast, we waited 20 minutes for fried eggs. Not having the basic breakfast item available at 8 a.m. is astonishing. 3. At 10 p.m., I waited 45 minutes for towels to be brought to my room. There is a looooot of work to be done on the service!!!!

Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to two metro stations that could take you anywhere in Paris. Breakfast is great, and rooms are clean. We had heard stories about bed bugs in Paris, so upon check in we used our mobile flash lights to check every nook and corner in our room, it was perfect clean, that corroborates with the fact that the property was recently renovated. So if you are afraid of bed bugs, you will have one less thing to worry about them in this property. Staff were super helpful. We wanted extra time for checkout on Jan 31, and they were understandably fully booked for new year eve. Despite that, they organized with their cleaning staff to make the room late, and allowed us 2:30 pm late check out. Finding the location is tricky. The name on property says Novotel (that makes sense obviously Novotel management) but our booking information said Greet Hotel Paris, so the cab driver had to struggle to find this place, eventually he did. If you are coming by taxi, ask the driver Greet Hotel by Novotel, next to Ibis budget hotel, that will help instantly arriving at the exact address.

WC and bathroom were separated, and we could wash our hands in the bathroom. WC was very small, not easy to get in and out. I would not recommend it to people with disability. And a technical problem, our door couldn't close itself automatically, in which case you should forcefully close it. That's why, possibly, we found the door open after the house keeping. Luckily nothing was missing.

Morden rooms. Shower could have a shield all the way. Like a box where I could close and water would not splash everywhere. Staff could have better customer service skills. They could have better bar for you to purchase water, any snack or other convenience emergencies; last minute.

I travelled with family and liked that they have many games, toys & other stuff to keep children occupied. The Breakfast. It seriously needs some attention. I understand "early bird gets the worm" but this is a hotel and if you communicate that breakfast is till 11AM then finding empty kitchen at 10AM is not fair. Dirty plates with food still sticking. The coffee was one of the worse I ever had. My experience with coffee and breakfast was same for 2 days. Juice jar was always empty, to-be-boiled egg always finished and staff says they cannot refill even 1 hour still remaining till they close. The parking was full upon arrival and they had put a notice "parking complete" on the door. It remained like this for every hour in my 3 day stay. There was no communication in the chat about it and it was a first shock upon arrival. The sewage ventilation infront of the hotel makes it impossible to stand there. Half hour before checkout time cleaning staff telling us to go because they want to clean the room (we had already packed our bags and checked-out 20 minutes before their maximum checkout time). A common hotel management course can teach them to ask question before just saying what is in your mind without any care.

Great value for the money. Friendly staff and comfortable facilities. The window was difficult to open, but we were thankful for the fan.
-
The air conditioning was not working and they did not precise it during the booking.
-
Friendly and responsive staff, clean environment. AC was done and Paris was hotter than usual. Nevertheless, they promptly opened the window and provided a second fan.

No AC the whole time
