The friendliest most accommodating staff. Charming people. We were thrilled to discover there was some air conditioning since we arrived during the heat wave! It’s currently under construction and the room, while comfortable and large, had bad ventilation. None in the toilet room, none in the bedroom.

Location was perfectly central. Staff were friendly and informative. I liked that the decor was more artsy which made a nice change from other hotels. There was some remodeling work going on which meant the restaurant wasn’t available. Luckily there was food to be found not far away. I bet it’ll be great once the work is completed

The hotel is located 50 meters from public parking and the main square, which was great. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is funky but fun. Overall we liked our stay and recommend it. We had a "big night" and late dinner, so we weren't interested in breakfast, but did need some coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle and instant coffee in our room. But it's a minor inconvenience, not a negative for our stay.

It was hard to find. If you were driving in, you cannot drive in front of the hotel. Thankfully the hotel guided us to a nearby parking area which is only a few minutes walk from hotel. Also room was sparsely furnished although large for our party of 3. It needed proper side tables, a luggage stand, and maybe another table in the main room. Toilet and shower were in different rooms but had only 1 trash can so we kept going back and forth. Minor stuff, but some improvement would vastly improve comfort.

the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff we met on arrival was very welcoming and friendly. The room didn’t look like the pictures and you could hear everything from rooms next door.

Location was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Initially, the evening staff on Reception were willing to accommodate my breakfast request for eggs without milk for my husband who has a dairy allergy. However the morning staff said there was no possibility of dairy free options and explained there was yogurt, bread and cheese obviously not understanding the impoof an allergy. I explained again that we had been assured the chef could make plain eggs and I said if it really wasn't possible then we would like to be reimbursed as €14 for coffee and some bread is too expensive. After much discussion (all in French) she agreed to see what she could do. They eventually made him a plain omelet which was tasty.
