Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable No lift from parking to lobby, The dinner in the restaurant wasn’t tasty

The breakfast was lovely. I asked for a room on the ground floor or near the lifts, the provided one opposite the lift. I couldn't park outside the hotel as I arrived at 6pm and all the parking spaces were taken.

Some of the rooms were very spacious The location is a bit creepy. Didn’t feel safe. The staff was not helpful and knew very little English, communication was complicated. Parking was very limited, we parked outside and to this point I still am not sure whether it was allowed and legal because of the weekend or whether the man in the reception meant that it is not, but that the parking attendants don’t work on the weekend. The hotel and that part of town seemed to have known better days. There are traces of former glory in both the hotel and the town , but today they appear somewhat worn and past their prime.

Look from outside was ok but cigarette butts outside. It’s is very tired and needs a complete makeover. Our room was a good size but the bed was too big for the bed frame and looked ridiculous! On arrival the flowers at reception were dead to the point all the petals were laying around the water stagnant!!! Not a good first impression.

Difficult to drain tub Stairs in front, Difficult to lift large suitcase Low lighting in room, difficult for reading No instructions for TV

Staff was supportive and kind. This is by no means a 4-star hotel. It is old, shabby, and smelly. Way past its glory days. In a way, the price you pay is fair for what you get. But I was looking for a 4-star, and this ain't it.
