Kyriad Le Mans Est

While our stay had some positive elements, there were a number of issues that made the experience less enjoyable than expected. We arrived to find that renovation work was being carried out in the breakfast, bar, and lounge areas, meaning these facilities were completely unavailable during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us at any point during the booking process and only became apparent once we had already arrived at the property, which was disappointing. To their credit, we were upgraded to a better room. However, even this room still had a noticeable smell of fresh paint, which made it feel less comfortable and not quite ready for guests. After arriving late, we asked for a hot drink, which was kindly prepared for us at the time. However, we were surprised to see that this had been added to our bill the next day. Given the disruption caused by the ongoing work and limited facilities, it would have felt more appropriate for this to have been offered as a complimentary gesture. Due to the renovations, we also had no option but to have breakfast in our room, as there were no communal spaces available to use. While this was manageable, it did take away from the overall experience, especially as shared spaces are often part of what makes a stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the effort to compensate with a room upgrade was appreciated, better communication in advance and a few more thoughtful gestures during the stay would have made a significant difference.

Good location for exploring Le Mans centre. Walking distance is about 1 mile to city centre. Hotel clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and eager to assist English visitors. Kettle in room was a bonus! Good parking facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

It was spotless, brand new, everything about the property was 1st class except the breakfast. Nothing except the breakfast.

The location to the Pole European Chaval. Good parking, early breakfasts. The room was clean, comfortable & had good facilities. We will certainly come back.

Dog friendly, EV charger at superb price, great price hotel stay, very friendly helpful staff Restaurant wasn’t open when we arrived but it was Easter Sunday

I like all location is good for motorway next morning and you can get a meal there or there is a burger king 50 mtrs away Tv had no internet on this visit so we could not watch internet based Tv

Property was good, my room large and comfortable. Very welcoming reception after a long journey and late arrival. Booked quite late so it was expensive. Breakfast ok but not special. No fresh decaf coffee.

Room was spotless...bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming especially for my dog too! Only niggle I have is adjoining rooms is not my preference as sound travels..not a problem for me but my Dog barks at anything and didn't want her to disturb others. Also next rooms TV remote turned my tv over / on / off - not a problem for me as I was only having it on for background noise but if you were watching a film it could possibly be annoying.

For some reason I haven’t used Kyriad Hotels for many years, this was a very pleasant experience. Due to road works it was difficult for me to find the entrance but once parked the greeting and staff were excellent. My room was well prepared and clean, bed was very comfortable. I had dinner later on and had a good meal. Very pleased and will use again. Due to the Road works I had a problem I had difficulty finding the car park entrance, after that it was easy.

Parking off street and right outside the hotel. Modern décor in reception and our room. This was a stop over on a roadtrip and is perfect for that as not too far from motorway. Room was a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable

Hotel was clean and appeared recently renovated. Choice of parking outside or undercover. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

Excellent restaurant and attentive staff. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable bed and well equipped with all you need. Superb Breakfast and easy check in and out. Nothing!
