Leprince Hotel Spa, BW Premier Collection

Not much to be honest. The soap was nice and the slippers were a nice touch. The layout was confusing and like a fortress. How to get around was not well explained. The rooms walls and furnishing were so dark it was difficult to see and felt very oppressive. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. Certain staff were not friendly or accommodating.

Stay here every year on our journey to the South of France. Hotel is great, perfect location, and the adjoining courtyard is perfect for a pre-dinner drink and then a short stroll to the old town for dinner.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The loaction is excellent. The rooms could have been cleaner. Pheraps due to everything being black you see the dust easier.

The room is ok as is the hotel but not worth the money Expensive for what you got and the bedding options needs some thought

It was very modern and the gated parking was great for us. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The shower was amazing and lovely toiletries. Nothing that I didn’t like.

The property was very nicely situated in old town Le Mans and the staff was exceedingly helpful. There were several corky design issues in the room; - When you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, a bright light comes on which shines in the face of the person trying to sleep in the bed nearby. No way to avoid turning it on. - The legs on the desk chair were designed in a way that was very wobbly. If you put a sweater or jacket on the back of the chair, it would simply fall over. That made it concerning to try and sit in the chair for fear it would fall over with me on it. - Why would anyone design a closet where you can only see the front item in the closet? Most closets show everything that’s hanging in the closet.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Good parking facilities too.

The location, they have a car park which you can Kay to park your car in and also there are lots of bars a very short walk out of the hotel

Clean, nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Has convenient private parking Lighting in room was horrible no overhead lighting, small desk lamp. No obvious way to turn off lights above nightstand. Had to sleep with them on.

Close to the city center and old town. Modern rooms with fridge, safe, desk and spacious bathroom with heated towel bar. Lots of outlets and USB ports too. Great breakfast options. Secure Parking. Lots of dining options on/adjacent to the property. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and the room was conditioned - thermostat was very responsive. It was hard to find - GPS did not have it listed, nor did Trip Advisor. When we finally found it, the gate to the parking was closed and we pressed the button, but got no reply. We had to access through the open pedestrian gate. The room is painted black, which is very dramatic, but even with all of the lights on, it was dark (a minor issue), and no problem during the day when the curtains open.

Excellent location with really friendly staff!! Dog friendly and a lovely modern room. Secure parking! Room was very warm. Air con wasn’t working.

Nice room and good location We stayed there a year or so ago and the breakfast was first class. This was a little diappointing. No eggs to boil and the the bacon was no being replenished.

Great location. Very nice staff. Comfortable bed and good sized rooms. The towels were quite thin and small more like a basic budget quality than a four star hotel. Mini bar is listed as a feature of the room and it’s just a small empty fridge. Booking said inner courtyard view and we could just see a partial rooftop as top floor. Room service QR code basically links to a kind of deliveroo app with food from restaurants in town, which get delivered, so could actually use any of those app services.
