4 Balconi rooms-Boutique B&B

Great location - once we found it. Lots of room, even a rooftop balcony. Getting access was a little complicated, but this was our first experience with this type of check-in. We never had any problems once we figured out how to do it.

the room was wide. location is good. i booked with last minute deal option and in this case the price was good but original price is too high for this kind of room. facilities especially in the bathroom was old and i could not understand it was stains or dirty. it was cold in the room and the air conditioning did not work on warm temperature. the water was cold as well. did not reach to the normal temperature for taking bath

Great location within walking distance of everything there is to see in Lecce while being further out enough that you're not disturbed by the local noise. Room is clean and spacious and the breakfast is fantastic. Wifi was very inconsistent and the bed wasn't super comfortable

In the city centre with fast check-in. Well recommended

The location was perfect. Easy to find and the contact person answered by WhatsApp when I needed help. The building had character. The room itself lacked any of the character the entrance and common rooms had. The bed was on a very low platform. If I had known I would not have taken that room. As a senior traveller I would prefer to have a regular height of bed to enjoy after walking and enjoying Lecce all day. I think others would like to know about the bed when booking.

Location is great and so is the size of the room. Lovely place. Breakfast is really uncertain - hardly enough for a cat on some days , overfloiwing the next. No coffee, except what you can make on the stove in the kitchen if you know how to use the espresso machines and have coffee handy. Breakfast could be better, and more reliable.

The location is perfect, right inside the old city walls. The building is stunning and we loved the interior design, nevertheless see below for some issues... Absence of staff on the premises. While trying to unsuccessfully enter the property after the online self check in, regardless the one million messages received we didn't manage to open the last entrance door.. We tried to contact the property for at least 1 hour and a half but the phone was off. Luckly enough, while waiting inside the building entrance, the owner walked in, though visibly pissed off by our inability to enter the last door, he eventually let us enter with him. No basic introduction to the place whatsoever, he simply accompanied us to our room without saying a single word about how things worked at the property. After finally getting to our room, for at least one hour we had to bear with him loudly speaking (rather shouting) over the phone with his employees, hearing every single word of his very rude conversation and attitude towards the poor staff. If this is not enough, once over with the phone calls, his cute dog started barking non stop. Breakfast almost non existing, in fact 'prepared' the day before in the early afternoon. Even if the room was very nice, the balcony was extremely dirty and impossible to use. Gigantic ants invasion in the room the morning after, the lack of staff in the premises didn't even allow us to point that out... Also, the so described availability of parking near by the premises and outside the city walls is very misleading: it took us literally almost an hour to find a (paid by the hour) parking spot walking distance to the place.

I had a balcony, the water worked, toilet flushed, sheets were clean, and once I found the coffee there was coffee. Position was good. The keys. The keys were a nightmare. My room key had the end broken off and apparent Ly there was no other. ?You needed pliers to turn the very tiny key without a handle. Then you had to work out how to manipulate the lock. It was either a ten minute process or if you were lucky a minute. The front door key also was tricky. It brought me almost to tears on night. Breakfast was a joke. It was usually the remains of the day before because who ever had the rooms that opened out onto the breakfast room used it as their party room, wine bottles, dirty plates, shoes……..

Lovely interiors, architecture and great location. My room was a great size and the bed was comfy. It was very clean also. Very fiddly to get in with lots of instructions that you have to follow (as this was advertised as a hotel I expected a concierge). Unfortunately my room was next to something that buzzed all night which was frustrating. Also did not expect to have to pay for coffee.

Nice location, clean Appartement . Building looks very nice. The bed is terrible, mattress is very poor and old. Door mechanism is quite complicated and someone locked everybody out.
