The owner Manoli and his staff are wonderful. Location is excellent with an easy walk to everything in Lecce. The package is priceless and a must have. The hotel is a great base Location to explore other area towns like Ostuni. The only negative was no hotel bar, but not really a negative

Great location, right next to the old town. Love that there was on-site secure parking. Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic for walking locally and the parking situation was very easy and convenient to come and go with the car for day trips. The decor is a little dated.

This B&B is located in a gorgeous villa, just steps away from Lecce’s Centro Storico. It is easily accessible by car, and private parking is an added bonus. The rooms are clean and spacious, though they lack a thoughtful, professional design. The interior is quite basic and doesn’t make full use of the available space and layout. For instance, the private studio apartment we booked had very limited counter space in the bathroom, no mirror in the bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with only two plates and no additional kitchenware. The two chairs and table on the tiny semi-indoor terrace were also unusable.

The guy, who served breakfast, was obviously sick, coughing, and touched his nose and then food.

Malio is an outstanding host and made us feel as if we were staying in his private elegant palazzo. It's easy to feel the rich history and grandeur of Lecce when you stay at a gorgeous property like this. Location couldn't be more ideal with one of the 3 main entrances to the old walled city just 50 yards from the front gate of the property. Highly recommend!

The location and parking cannot be beat. The host and his staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. There is an elevator if needed. Rooms were clean and as expected for Italy/Europe. Pool and sitting area was a nice bonus! If you go in the middle of summer the rooms are a little warm with the AC.

Location is excellent! Loved everything!

Breakfast was a real treat and included some local specialties (pastry with tomatoes, cheese and bechemel sauce was our favorite). The rooms are spacious, cool and comfortable although the in-room Jacuzzi is kind of weird and takes up space that would be better used for a seating area with a comfy sofa and coffee table. The lobby area is welcoming with all sorts of interesting artwork. And the location could not be better - just steps from one of the ports to the old town. The bonus was being able to park right on premises behind a locked gate.
