Michelangelo was so kind, we had fresh pastries every day! The king room was gorgeous- tall ceilings and 3 balconies, it felt like royalty. There was a great shower and beautiful floor tiles, overall it was a very spacious bathroom and bedroom room, we loved it!

Our stay was perfect. Michelangelo was a wonderful host who met all our needs. The room was clean and comfortable with great AC. The pastries in the morning were delicious and warm! Highly recommend this stay just outside the city gate of the historic center! We loved it all!

The communication before arrival was excellent and we had all the codes we needed to enter the apartment before we arrived. The apartment was very traditional with extremely high ceilings. Michelangelo the host was extremely friendly and attentive and even brought fresh pastries in the morning. The location is fantastic, only a 10 min walk to Arco San Biagio where you enter the historic part of town. Can only recommend this, very lovely and pleasant stay. Everything was really lovely and perfect. The car parks around the building are only for short stay but again Michelangelo offered us a spot behind his private gate. Thank you so much.

Location is good. This is not a Delux room. This is an ordinary 2 star hotel room. There is no work desk as stated, only a dining table. Bed linen and towels were not changed all 4 days. Bidet doesn't work. The walls of the room are dirty. Sound insulation is poor. No minibar. There are not enough detergents.
