The room was fantastic and the host made it very easy to check-in and check-out without any complications. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Location was perfect!

Modern, clean accommodation. Great value for money. Very comfy bed & quiet night's sleep. Parking a bit of a challenge. Luckily we found plenty of free parking just round the corner in via del Delfino.

Very good

It is located just a few blocks from the historic center. Very convenient if you are driving (you can park on the street) The place was very clean and spacious. The host brought fresh fruit and bakery goods every morning. Self check-in and check-out very easy. The host was really nice, but it was hard to communicate as she only speaks Italian. There’s a stove but you can’t cook in the kitchen (even eggs, only boil) No kettle, just a coffee machine.

Although the Accommodation Managers did not speak English, they got along very well and were very helpful in every way. Great location, nice ambience, rooms are very spacious and cool. You prepare breakfast yourself or take ready-made food from the fridge etc. This is fine for us. There is a slight smell in the room due to the fact that it is a stone house, but it did not bother us much.

All communication with host over WhatsApp, safe did not work and patio and floors not clean.

Although it is apparently common in the area, check-out at 10 is unreasonable. Also, we checked in and out on our own but the person on the phone could have used some more kindness (as a lot of other people around the city).

Good

It was a historic Italian building , high ceilings, thick walls and we had a huge patio on the back. There are only 2 rooms. It’s the most quiet and peaceful place. Location is close to everything what Lecce offers.

Breakfast was ok with lots of variety. location was also ok, although not in the city center is quite close and better for parking The room was too big, kinda empty and a bit dark

Great accommodation in Lecce, easy walk into the old town. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and appreciated the included kitchenette option. Great array of local pastry sweets for breakfast.

Beautiful room and bathroom with incredible architectural ceiling. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was a little odd as it was all done via WhatsApp. Had to ask for information regarding the WiFi code and check out. The bathroom was great, but the strange design of the sink meant it couldn't be filled up to shave.

The location was great and the room was very spacious. Amazing bathroom and great backyard. Nice touch with the self service breakfast included. The information flow could have been improved. Had to call to be given the code to the room and no WiFi information was available until asking.

Exceptional

The staff was nice. It was really quiet, big room with nice bathroom. Location was ok although it was outside the old town. It was three blocks away from free parking at night next to a park.
