Very friendly owners, close to station and the historic center. Very clean. Highly recommended

It’s very spacious apartment with antique flare. Just a minute from the old town. Bed is comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful. Instructions are very clear. There was no shampoo or bar soaps provided. I couldn’t figure out the light system, but eventually did. There was no light in the shower (or at least I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on). Breakfast consisted of pastry, juices and yogurts prepared in the fridge the night before. I wish they had cheese, meats and fruits.

I loved it! My room was beautiful and it was such a treat to be able to have the included breakfast in my room whenever I wanted. There is private, safe parking which was so nice. Lucia was always available for any questions I had. Nothing, I enjoyed my stay very much.

It is a beautiful residence that has been in the owners family for generations and has a great history. The hosts, staff and overall hospitality were great. Excellent location with a very short walk to the old town center with restaurants, bars and historic sights. Restaurants and cafes also across the street and around the corner. We stayed in the large room that had once been the stable on the property which is a large open room with dining areas and a living room area with a fireplace. The only very minor negative is that when it is very hot out the room may not get as cold as you like to sleep at night, which can be common at places, where we ended up buying a fan from a local store which helped a lot to circulate the air conditioning. There is a nice courtyard with several areas for sitting. Coffee and a large bottle of water are replenished every day in the room along with cake and pastry for late night snack or quick breakfast. Secure parking garage is located close by with easy parking and access. Central location for day trip drives to each coast to visit the seaside towns of Otranto and Porto Cesareo and nearby areas. We loved it and we would definitely look to stay here again if and when we are lucky to return.

Nice garden, charming room, lovely owners, fantastic location
-
This was one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed! I felt like a princess in the large room with vaulted stone ceilings and beautiful garden in the back. Comfy bed! Big 10 out of 10!!! The owners were very warm and friendly. Nothing.
-
Beautiful room and court, very well located, so close to the walled city center
-
A very nice room in with terrace onto a beautiful garden with orange and jasmine. Great location on the edge of the historic centre.
-
The huge and charming room plus the lovely decor. We loved the large fragrant garden area. The indoor parking on premises was great! No complaints.
-
Easy walk to old town historic area bathroom not very private but that's just to be expected in an old house in Italy
-
It’s an old, beautiful property. We enjoyed walking around the property and learning some of its history. We stayed in a very old part of property, and did not love that part of property.

We loved B&b l'Orangerie D'epoque! The hosts are delightful, they love their city and try to pass that enthusiasm on to their guests. We definitely took advantage of the garden and had drinks there to play with the cats. We would not change anything about B&b l'Orangerie D'epoque.

Our room was huge and comforting. Excellent for a long stay. The daily breakfast was generous and wonderful. Location to all sites was convenient. Luisa and Arturo are incredible hosts. Parking is a challenge but Arturo and Luisa guided us out each time.

The location for the old town was good. It was great to step inside a piece of history and see what hides behind those huge wooden doors. The room is within keeping of the style and age of the house. Other people's reviews lead you into false expectations.

What a surprise to enter a little wooden door off the street and find yourself in a magical walled garden with what feels like a Venetian villa. Everything about this B and b was perfect. The rooms in the ancient villa were massive and gorgeous, the grounds stunning with trees dripping with oranges and our host, exquisite. It’s right around the corner from the historic center of Lecce, which we enjoyed after morning espresso in the garden of the BnB. Thanks for a lovely stay. Nothing

This is an exceptional place to stay-- the staff is extraordinary. Our room was amazing--like a palace. The owner pays attention to every detail and makes sure the guests are well cared for. One of the best experiences we have had at a stay anywhere. Nothing

EVERYTHING was perfect: Location was excellent! Room size was exceptional & very comfortable!! That we weren't able to stay longer!!

The owners were very friendly and helpful There need to be outlets for phone chargers. Directions for finding the front door. There is a small sign we noticed only after a shopkeeper across the street showed us where the place was.
