The location is great, close to everything. The room was spacious and it was good for us for a one night stop. There was a voucher for a croissant and coffee in the cafe downstairs. Thankful for the photos and directions to get into the building. It is a little tired and could do with a refresh, new sheets and towels. The front door rattled every time our neighbours went in and out (sounded like they were trying to get into our room at first). The cafe wanted €10 for a cup of tea (not included in the breakfast voucher if you don't drink coffee)

Very generous and kind host who assisted us in a number of ways including allowing us to store our bags and bikes later the next morning. Right on the main square and easy access to everything in Lecce. Room is simple but well thought out. Excellent value for Lecce. Small note for light sleepers, there is a lot of noise from the square so ask for a back room if that might be an issue. Would have appreciated a second cup or glass for medications and a box of kleenex.

We missed a kettle in the room to have a warm tea after being strolling around the town in the cold weather.

You can't get closer to the main part of old Lecce! Communication was great and the room is clean and comfortable. Safe place to keep your bike at night. Nice breakfast place in the morning. Good recommendation for dinner.

The location was spot on, right in the centre of the city. The room was comfortable, and for the price paid, good value for money. I wish I could have done it more justice by arriving earlier. The property was slightly difficult to find even though they supplied directions.

Amazing location, just right in the main square with a view. Couldn't have been better! The room was also nice, small but proper bathroom, can't complain, enjoyed my stay there. It was not extraordinary neither bad, a nice good room, totally recommended. Only the communication before check-in was a bit complicated, but nothing extra.

Very centric and clean place. Welcomed personal and everything was cool. It was a little bit expensive but this is the price in Italy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom. Good location. There could have been a coffee machine or a kettle for tea in the room. The heating could have been stronger.

location was excellent. Clean and comfortable with a very good shower and a view over the central plaza. locals seem to like whatsapp for communication. whatsapp is extremely limited for foreign phone plans and usually will not function unless connected to a local cafe wifi. text messages are far superior.

I had a very comfortable stay here. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The host was very warm and welcoming. It is right in the centre of things and has good access to buses for the train station. There's a lift, even though only on the first floor, that was a blessing with my luggage.

Value for money No kettle but it said in the description there would be one.
