Our room overlooked the piazza. From our balcony we listened to the nightly music. Nice room and bathroom. Staff exceptional. Restaurants and shops just footsteps away. Nothing

Breakfast was at a restaurant around the corner. Delicious pastries and coffee. Staff were very helpful, friendly and available by text. Bedding, towels and pillows all need to be replaced.

The location was excellent. The rooms were large. Breakfast was served in the room and the breakfast was quite large. It’s a bit old and tired. The square in front can be noisy at night.

Excellent location. Clean, fabulous view. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was at a cafe about 10 steps from the front door. Could have more information about the room; did not have AC control, towel heater in bathroom didn’t work, tv didn’t work. All were rectified promptly. Host was very helpful.

Had trouble locating the front door off the bat.. not sure if I missed the memo on what the door looks like (no signage). Sheets were old and thin, not that crisp clean white that most hotels seems to have.

The mattress was very old with a very old 1/2 “ mattress topper that was way too small the sheets were old and torn, and didn’t fit. The fitted sheet immediately come off of the mattress and you ended up in the middle of the bed because you would sink into the center.After walking all day in a beautiful city the one thing you look forward to is a nice rest but nooooo way could you with this mattress!!!!

Great location. Hot shower with 2 different shower heads. Bed was comfy. Breakfast Nextdoor was quick and delicious. Nothing.

Location, staff and facilities all excellent. Breakfast, in nearby cafe, was superb. The only downside is the continual noise from the square, not the hotel's fault. I would stay here again.
