Room has no windows, it's dark and humid. There is a night club in front of the room, making it difficult to sleep because of the noise

Stayed Dec 27-29 of 2025. Good size room, super clean, right in the center of town, steps to everything. 3 days without a shower, and zero connection to even get/make a phone call in 3 days. I checked in at 3:pm (long check in online), room was freezing, heater didn't work, ice cold water in bthrm. The next day, around 12pm, heard some voices so stepped out of room and ran into 2 of the people who manage the place. When I said there was no hot water, Marika said "Oh, we came to reset the boiler"; then I mentioned the heater, so they went to look for batteries (this should not have waited 20 hours). The following day, a man came again to "reset the boiler" but I was already dressed (10;AM) and ready to go out. The day I checked out (10:AM), Marika was here again to "reset the boiler", but I had well learned to wash "camping style" and was leaving. Several people manage this facility, but when I got out on the street where the connection is better to try call them on the first evening, they didn't answer or return my (3) calls.

Everything was great. We had a really pleasant time. Big thanks to the host Andrea for everything he provided us with. The room was all clean and comfortable, breakfast in a really great bar near the place. I would definitely come back.

I liked that it was close to the centre and that it was a big room. The loghting system was Good as there were three variations. I would prefer if it was more clean. Especially the bathroom in the shower area. Also if they provided showercaps. The bed was too soft i was almost sinking in it. Maybe Good for some but I found it a bit uncomfortable.

Easy to keep in touch with the owners, clean and big apartment in the center of the city, comfortable bed…i saw in the comments complain about noise but fortunately i have not heard it and slept well. All good, nothing special…the only problem in absence of the phone signal and you will not be able to call, only via whats app, but wi-fi signal is good.

Beautiful room, immaculately presented. Central location but still nice and quiet. Best pillows of the trip! Excellent value. Personally, I liked everything. But if you are a larger person, possibly don't book room S. The shower is tucked behind the wash basin leaving a small entry and exit.

Very nice position It’s really loud, the staff gave us the hear plug but it was not enough

The place is nice and well-located, but the standard room called ‘S’ has a wall that adjoins a nightclub, so there was a lot of noise at night until 2:30 AM.

Kalinifta - Jacuzzi & Suites SIT is a beautiful place, very clean and just a few minutes walking to the old town . I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Modern All good

Big room, good location, host was nice to advise parking and allowed us to check-in early. Jacuzzi tub is a plus, no separate shower so needed to stand/sit in tub which was OK. Nothing.

Very nicely repaired and equipped, stylish. The host communicated well, responded to questions, was helpful We were satisfied. It's good to know that you can't park in the vicinity. We recognized from the photos that the place does not have a classic window, only ventilation. It's my personal problem, but it's good to know that it might bother someone. The building is historic - you could smell waste from the drain

Great location, very clean. No windows, it was very humid. Before the heating started working at the evening (you can’t turn it on yourself) it was pretty cold, afterwards it was better, but in the morning there was a big puddle of water in front of the front glass door from the condensation. A very loud bar in front of the room - two tables appeared around 20:00 next to our door - glued to it! We were travelling with our kid - almost 6 years old - it was difficult for us to sleep until after midnight when the bar closed. Just a reminder- we were there during the week, not on a weekend. We booked a room with jacuzzi, unfortunately the water temperature couldn’t be set/changed and after waiting for an hour for the tub to fill (water pressure was too low), we had to wait again for the water to cool - it was extremely hot. After using it and opened the drain to empty the tub the floor of the bathroom flooded a bit, so instead of relaxing we started cleaning…

Great space, Fab location The jacuzzi bath while a great addition was very loud and you have to get the water level ‘juat right’ or the water shoots out and floods the floor
