Palazzo De Giorgi

The property is perfectly located at the end of a large avenue from the train station. It’s at the edge of the historical town, while being on a quiet street. I rented the luxury suite, consisting of living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The premises are very tastefully decorated with antique furniture, books, art, giving it a very special feel . The cleaning staff would prepare the breakfast for the next day so that you don’t have to leave the premises in the morning to have breakfast. The living room had a fridge, Panini press, coffee machine. There is even a roof deck that you can access.

This property was chosen because I was going to havr a very early train to catch after two days. But, it was such a wonderful place to stay! The host is very cordial, and my room/suite was huge with high ceilings and a very comfortable sitting room/living room. The breakfast was available at any time, served in the room. I highly recommend this one! Nothing

The location is 5 minutes from the train. An easy walk so do not take a taxi. I hard two big rooms with a balcony a larve clean bathroom. The room is in an historic building with 20 foto ceilings, lots of outlets for charging phones, laptops, IPads etc. The owner is an extremely kind, gentile and calm person. He Made me feel like a friend. The palazzo is located on the edge of the centro storico so it is ideal base for exploring and without the noise. Certainly would star there again if I return and if I lived there I would want to be friends with Daniele. He speaker English so if you need that, no worries.

Grand and stately old building, very quiet and elegant, location right next to the historic city center and the railroad station, excellent and prompt communication with Daniele, the owner.

Exceptional host, a beautiful room, great location. Loved the home made pie in the morning and the effort made to make our stay so memorable.

Easy to park outside of ZTL and walk to the property. Daniele was a wonderful host and helped us get our car unblocked when someone accidentally blocked us on the street! Beautiful accommodations and very comfortable bed. Shower is a little small.

Amazing, one of the best B&B's I've ever visited. From the kind and accommodating hosts, to the gorgeous palazzo, the rooms, the breakfast, the location. Cannot recommend it enough!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Lecce and stayed in the charming Palazzo De Giorgi. Stefania and Daniele were wonderful hosts - with a very pleasant personal and caring touch. Stefania gave us a very warm welcome and Daniele stayed in touch with us on every potential detail of our stay - most conviniently, he offered a direct messenger communication for any ad hoc question and suggestion. The Palazzo De Giorgi is a wonderfully maintained mansion. We felt enchanted when entering through the large door, climbing the broad steps, and staying in our nicely furnished room. Everything was very well maintained and remarkably clean. Breakfast is provided as a self-served meal in the room - a small table in the room is set for breakfast, including biscuit, jam, and a cake by Stefania, the fridge is stocked with milk, butter and yoghurt, and an espresso machine is ready for the start. It suited us very well, especially after the tasty (and late) dinners at night. The Palazzo is situated right at the entrance to the historic city center, with the nice side effect to be also in walking distance to several parking areas - which was a plus for us as we travelled by car. All in all, Palazzo De Giorgi is a clear recommendation by us - and a great price-value ratio as well. Many thanks to Stefania and Daniele!

The breakfast was excellent and was a homemade blueberry pie and assorted cereals and yogurt and granola Finding a parking place could be challenge because it is in the historic area, but this was to be expected

Our hosts Daniele and Stefania were very kind and knowledgeable. Daniele suggested towns and sites for us to visit. Stefania made us a torta (more than once) that we had for breakfast. The Palazzo was in a fine location to see Lecce and nearby towns and cities. The light was good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nothing. The feeling of spaciousness and comfort were complimented by the decor and atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The views from the windows also added to the atmosphere.

Perfectly located rooms at one of the entrances of the old town of Lecce, a few minutes walk from all the main sights as well as bars & restaurants. Very gentle and helpful hosts, nice breakfast served in the room, and clean, very spacious room and bathroom, an old palazzo as it really was. Definitely recommend it for visiting Lecce!

Breakfast was great. We always had a nice fruit pie in the room. We were well received, very nice owners, always there for you. We enjoyed it alot. The rooms are big, lots of light and space. The building is walking distant to all the main attractions. Highly recommend. Had to go up stairs with suitcases with a bad knee.

A beautiful building, much larger rooms than expected and a useful small balcony. Incredibly handy for the train station and also the town, a stones throw from lovely bars, cafes and restaurants, but really peaceful and quiet inside.

Great location. Host was very nice. Rooms serviced every day. Coffee provided was the worst. The door to the room jammed frequently. Parking was less than desirable.

Giant, spacious and comfortable room Breakfast is nice, but most products are not fresh. No eggs or fresh juice. Except for a very good fresh pie every morning
