our location was perfect. It was in the heart of the old town of Lecce Breakfast was delicious with eggs, yogurts, fruits, and homemade breads and pastries. Air conditioning was top-notch in the heat of summer Italy 2026

An absolutely positive experience. Location: The location is unbeatable—right in the historical center. The property itself is a wonderful historical house with an internal courtyard (I loved having breakfast there). Room: My room was huge with a charming rustic feel, yet it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (complete with a shower and bidet), and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Even though it was scorching hot outside, the thick stone walls kept the room so cool that I didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast: Excellent breakfast- a delicious spread of homemade pastries, homemade yogurt, cheeses, and meats. As someone who prefers a big savory breakfast, I was happy with the selection. Check-in: The host was welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process completely flawless. NA

Comfortable and quaint BnB right in the heart of the historic district, super walkable to all of the attractions and night life. Breakfast all home made and delicious. Mauro and Dora are very kind and welcoming hosts. No onsite parking, but Mauro was helpful in guiding us to nearby street parking that was very convenient!

We absolutely loved the location of the property. Short walk to the train station and all major attractions. We also liked that it was in a quieter part of the city. The bed was very comfortable and larger than expected. The room was also larger than anticipated. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Honestly had a wonderful experience in Lecce in part to the convenience of staying in such a wonderful property.

Great experience thanks to a marvellous host and very charming residence just outside the busy historical centre. Excellent home made breakfast served in the courtyard.

Very central location in a quiet neighbourhood. You can visit all the major attractions by foot. 3 years ago we booked a room at the same address and we liked it very much. This time we got a room with a fridge that was not connected, the shower was very small with a shower head that was not well attached. Moreover the pillow on the beds were really giving us neckpain (too heigh and not soft). We were quite disappointed noticing that the property degraded while the prices went up. It is a pity as the location is super and the building has a lot of potential.

Breakfast buffet here is just superb with homemade goodies! Very helpful staff - helped with carrying cases upstairs. Close to most tourist attractions.

This is a perfect place from which to explore Lecce - you're a short walk from everything you need to see, plus food, nightlife, supermarkets and the train station if needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lovely high ceilings and there were plenty of lovely snacks for breakfast. Mauro is a very friendly, relaxed guy and helped with anything we needed!

Wonderful host, could not have been more welcoming. Delicious breakfast in charming courtyard with homemade cake. Great central location in beautiful old part of town. Rooms basic, needed some TLC. Arranged around courtyard so so hear all conversations going on as if they were in your room.
