Ottima posizione in centro. Personale gentile e accogliente, check-in e check-out molto veloci. Ambienti molto puliti, bagno spazioso. Buona colazione a buffet. Stanza piccola, poco spazio fra letto e parete. Nessun poggiavaligia.

The hotel is indeed in a very good location, but to reach it by car was a challenge. Breakfast was average, although the lady behind the counter was extraordinary... Praise for her. She would go above and beyond to accommodate everyone's request. Did the property meet your expectations? This is a tricky question, because the facilities were good, but the staff seemed bored to answer any questions from guests. They would't give you any attention... For instance.... They did not have any restaurant recommendations, and when they did recommend... they did not know if they would be open, if booking was necessary, or what time they closed.

They advertise the hotel with a spa pool. What is not mentioned is there is a $35 fee to use the spa..I stayed in many hotels on this trip and that was not the case in any of the other hotels.

Great location, terrace views, good size room, breakfast I was very disappointed they promoted the spa upon arrival I used the small pool in the spa. They charged me €40 to use the spa!! We paid €50/per person in a double room and €40 for the pool !! This is unacceptable.

Location, right beside chiesa Santa chiara and the main square. It is very close to the major attractions and quality restaurants. One has to pay 25euro to access the pool and spa facility. The shower drainage in 103 doesn't drain promptly.

The location, right in the heart of the old town Difficult to drive to due to the road works, made the drive to the hotel very difficult

Good location. No complementary bottle of water, at least on arrival, or tea & coffee making facilities. Spa facilities were not available during my visit but they are at an additional cost when they do work.

Good location. Good breakfast, clean comfortable room- apart from...... The bathroom was useless. No hot water from the handbasin tap, and none from the shower which was only a trickle anyway.

Location , Location.. ‏Classic room without a regular window , The window in the ceiling of the room and the feeling of lack of air and discomfort. Outdated equipment , Old-fashioned shower stall, body soap and shampoo in sachet bags, thin and old towels, The water flow is weak and variable. ‏Breakfast upstairs and every chair movement is heard inside the room.

Great location and room was a good size. It’s a hotel living off of having a great location but offering very little else. There appear to be plenty of negative reviews online (my fault for not checking before booking) so I assume they don’t care. I imagine they think most tourists go to Lecce once so they don’t need to bother about return visitors. The room safe didn’t work as described in the instructions. Instead you have to use a key. But that’s not given to you or explained at check in. Instead you have to complain and then you get the key, which obviously you then have to carry around with you. So not ideal. We asked for two door keys for our room (one each) but for reasons that we still don’t understand this proved to be impossible for the hotel to supply. The toiletries provided are a joke. The shower gel comes in tiny sachets. They are fiddly and you need about 5 of them to have a shower. Why on earth they don’t install a soap dispenser is a mystery. Breakfast is served until 10.30 but if you don’t get there early (we got there about 9.15) the supply of food runs out and from what we could see there was no attempt to replenish it. The ‘gym’ is located in what appears to be a large cupboard. It consists of about 4 pieces of equipment. Realistically because of the limited space only one person could use it at a time. Most of the staff were ok but one of the male reception staff had quite a bit of attitude particularly when we were having trouble with the safe. Most of the things I’ve listed are mentioned in other reviews so it’s pretty clear the hotel management are aware of them but have decided not to do anything.
