Nothing. Messed up my booking and charged me 3 times and refused to give me a refund. I called up weeks before to say and they refused as booking.com said it was up to the hotel. Really gutted as two nights here ended up costing me like £700

Based in town which makes it easier to commute, the room was clean and smelled nice. The staff members were polite. I left my wallet and the cleaner gave it back to them something you don't see that pattern these days. Probably they don't serve food but I can not complain about that because outside of the hostel they are many restaurants and food stores.

I paid extra for a room with a window. A little window in the corner of my room that looks out to an air conditioning unit does not class as a window. I wouldn’t say it’s good value for me.

Very central and walking distance to everything we had organised. Felt safe having to use key to enter the reception and to the rooms after using the stairs or lift Nothing, everything was clean and tidy. Simple but exactly what we needed

It was very clean and the location was great The bed was a little uncomfortable but I think that's because I'm used to my own bed. The view from the window wasn't good but that's not the hotels fault because there is a large redevelopment going on outside
