Staff were professional and helpful. Room clean and convenient, but mattress a bit too soft. Hotel is close to quite a few shopping centers. Breakfast acceptable, but could consider having Decaf coffee for those who cannot drink normal coffee for medical reasons. Some staff very poor in english, or no english speaking at all.

Everything was good.

I stayed here for easy access for a 6:30 am flight. It was so easy to catch the Sbahn, if I’m remembering correctly it’s about a 10 minute walk and then you arrive inside the airport. I also arrived at the hotel very late, I think after midnight and the staff was accommodating for me. Getting there I took the U-Bahn and it felt like a longer walk than the sbahn but it’s very similar, if going to/from the airport I’d recommend the sbahn because it’s inside the airport. The room itself was comfortable. N/A

The hotel location is very good and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.

It was clean, nice staff. Helped us change rooms when our first didn’t work out First floor room next to smoke break area, and ac didn’t work. Staff moved us. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Ideal location for my purpose. Great breakfast buffet. Room/washroom size a little bit on the small side (especially for luggage storage), but everything was clean, tidy and with daily room service. Unfortunately, the parking process was very frustrating. The only way to use the hotel parking area is by scanning a code, providing relevant personal/car information and waiting for a verification code. I had trouble receiving the code and had to call a hotline number to solve the issue, ending up waiting 5-10 minutes in line and speaking with an agent for another 5 minutes. When leaving the parking lot, I had to provide online credit card payment, which failed after the first attempt (outside the building, using regular phone connection) and only went through after going through the process inside the hotel with Wi-Fi access.

Value for money

Not so far from the airport and within distance to S-bahn and U-bahn to go to city center Stuttgart; within distance to 4 fully furnished supermarkets nearby!

Location. Near the train station Need to pay for parking and the system does not allow phone number for another country
