Amazing location . Very nice staff. Good facilities. Good food . Missing room air conditioning. A small fridge or mini bar would have been very nice to have .

It’s THE most amazing hotel. The absolute best. You ski past it on the last magical run into Leogang, which is our new favourite place. Thanks guys.. totally exceptional. Nothing at all. It was superb throughout.. and we genuinely feel sad to be leaving.

Everything. Should have a cigar lounge, or a heated outdoor place for cigar smoking. Didn't try to get a drink from the bar at the pool, but looked rather complicated.

Amazing location, interier, food, spa! Best hotel I’ve been in! Spa and pool are open until 7 pm, which isnt enough if you come back from hike or bike ride a bit later.
-
Spacious well-decorated rooms. Location could be convenient for winter sports as the ski lift is near by. Hotel is much larger than one would expect from a boutique hotel - it comprises from few buildings with an underground connection. Frustrating dinner: quality is ok but variety is poor. No simple meat option so I had to pay extra for a basic Wiener Schnitzel. There are no spa towels in the room and around the swimming pool - they can be found just in sauna. No sockets around the bed.

Great sauna and spa, nice view, spacious room, nice to have 2 toilets, equipped kitchen to cook Nothing I can remember

Everything is good Need air conditioner, because some time is hot weather in the summer

- great place, beautiful view - really pretty architecture - from outside as well as inside, beautiful rooms - beautiful wellness - clean, spacious beds next to the pool - cable car (lift) to the top of the hill for free - 2x a day - very tasty and diverse breakfast - no doors to the bathroom (it looks pretty but is not very practical) - small problem with dinner - pre-ordered dessert was not available for our kid, the staff was not able to solve it but we received a voucher as compensation from owners after sending our feedback

The room was comfortable and the hotel is well decorated. The sauna/spa/pool area is very nice, very clean and modern and not overcrowded. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. You do receive a complimentary single use lift ticket for the area and you can also purchase lift tickets directly with the hotel. I was a little disappointed with the assigned seating for meals. I specifically booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis because of the advertisement on nice meals in a nice area. The first night we came down to find we had an assigned table off to the side in a sparsely filled breakfast room with too much light. Not exactly the romantic/birthday weekend getaway feeling I was hoping for. They were nice enough to re-assign our seat in the dining room area for the following evening and also breakfast on our last day. I imagine there is some reason behind the assigned seating, but I found it a bit odd and off-putting.

Besides the obviously stylish, yet cozy appearance I want to mention the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were always very attentive without being bothersome. Small chats were always very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were in perfect order, comfortable, cozy and modern, and larger than expected. All the facilities were in perfect order. The Spa area is very stylish and inviting, the massage was great. I found the prices fair to the quality offered. And again, I want to stress how great the staff was, from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, to everyone behind the scenes making sure the spa area was always stocked and clean, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen (cooking up amazing food! Thank you!). I look forward to visiting here when time allows it.

The hotel is super close to the lift, the staff were great and the cuisine was superb! They even made a gluten free and dairy free menu for my partner, which we really appreciated. During the first day of our stay our room was a bit colder than what we’d normally expected, but it eventually got warmer.
