We needed a bed for the night. This was that! Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Bathroom was small but so was the cost per night so not really complaining there. The only knock I had was the fridge runs fairly loud. I would recommend.

Our family took a spontaneous trip, and I inadvertently booked a room with two smaller beds instead of queens. We were initially uncomfortable with the room size, so I spoke with Mrs. Carol at the front desk the next morning to see if we could upgrade. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and she handled the room change for us without any issues. We truly appreciated her help in making our stay much more comfortable.

Place is in area with many restaurants and close about 20 minutes to Rehoboth beach. I like that pool is open later than other hotels.

The room was very small. The sink was next to the bed. The hot water didn't stay hot throughout the shower. It got warm.

Our stay at Sleep Inn was fantastic!!! The staff was great, Joe was exceptional he really was very informative and personable. The breakfast was great too. The only matter of concern to us was we couldn't enjoy the pool. If we didn't know any better you would have thought it was only for kids. My wife and I were saying, maybe after a certain time it would/should be for adults /seniors.

Breakfast foods offered were good. Breakfast area is small so it could not accommodate the morning crowd very well, but it was clean a well cared for.
