How comfortable the beds were The elevators kind of jinky and the staff are kind of crappy people.

The bed was comfortable The man at the counter gave us the same room we had the night before I had to pay another deposit which was okay and the man upgraded my room for free but he didn't tell me that our room was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned which was okay cuz we were in there but still the point is if I paid the same amount I paid the day before I expected a clean room. Then they ended up keeping 10 extra dollars out of my deposit because we were like 10 minutes late getting out of the room.

Rags we're laying outside the room. Elevator didn't inspire confidence and trash was on the floor. The bedroom valance and curtains were propted up against the wall. No coat hangers. Breakfast was bare minimum. Would not stay again.

The staff was mostly silent. It was a little awkward. When I went into the room it immediately smelled like human urine. I opened the bathroom door all the way and the smell clearly came from inside. It was the shower curtain that wreaked of urine, the tub was like striped with black stuff. I went to Kroger and got my own cleaning stuff and cleaned the tub and asked the employees to change the curtain with a clean one, which they did but again, didnt speak to me at all when I made the request or when they came to replace the curtain. The bed was not comfortable and the blankets were basically 2 loose sheets. There was a party in the next room, music blasting and people yelling til 245 in the morning. I eventually fell asleep so it could have been later. Overall the personal space in a hotel should feel more comfortable and clean than any other space so I wouldn't stay there again. Too dirty, awkward and uncomfortable.

They let me check in a little early which is always great. The location was great. Not far from a bunch of food places and around and the stores weren't far either. It was close to the high-school which was the event location, so location was great. Walking in the lobby is nice and the open spaces seemed fine and well kempt. Breakfast was a hot breakfast; eggs, sausage, cereal available etc. And breakfast started at 6am while the other hotels started at 7 am and our event began at 7am so it afforded us time to eat with the early open kitchen, so that was nice. The room itself was spacious and the ac worked amazing. The lighting in the room was great and the bed had plenty of pillows instead of just 2 like most places. The bathroom was large and well lit. Found big cockroach in first room and second room the bed has dirty spots very obvious ☹️

Price was fairly good , room was very clean and smelled good. I had a comfortable stay.

There was mold in the shower and around the trim in the windows. Sheets and comforters were stained and dirty. Not the best smell.
