Staff is helpful and friendly Trash was piled up and overflowing by elevators and outside of the hotel my entire stay

Shower was not clean. Air conditioner was broken in room temperature was 79 degrees. Checked in at 6:30 pm got to the room temperature was 79 degrees then set the a/c to 68 degrees. Temperature had not gone down within a few hours. Called front desk twice no answer walked down and said the air conditioner isn’t working and asked for a fan was told we will look for a fan. After a few hours no resolution had to Door Dash a fan to be able to sleep. At check out advised front desk of the broken a/c and no one attempted to fix or help. Manager on duty did give some IHG points for the inconvenience. I will never return

Hotel was very clean. Kitchen had a toaster, stove top, a few pots and coffee pot. Very pleased with the size of the room for 4people. Staff was friendly and helpful! Had booked for 4 people but only had 3towel sets which was easily rectified. All in all a nice stay and would go back!

The first room I was given had a broken mirror in the bathroom, the stove top was recently used and not cleaned with grease and other substances on it. The refrigerator had a pitcher of juice in it. I requested a room change because the room didn’t look clean. I was given another room and the kitchen light didn’t work, the microwave light didn’t work, the paper towel holder was broken, the upper cabinet door was broken, the lower cabinet doors under the sink were not aligned and would not close properly, the refrigerator door was difficult to open because it was so close to the wall and the freezer door had to be pulled open because it was cutting into the wall. The desk chair was damaged and peeling fabric was missing. Tried to call the front desk but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Probably because I complained about the other room. The description of the rooms say that only certain rooms are allowed pets but both rooms I was offered had pet signs and I prefer not to be in a pet room because of the odor and allergies. I gave up because I was staying for just one night to catch my flight the next day. I’m very disappointed because I chose to pay the extra money because of the online rating. The included coffee was also horrible but I really can’t complain because it was included. Management, maintenance, and housekeeping are not being held accountable at this property. I will say that the bed linen was clean as well as the towels and washcloths, so way to go laundry service!

Easy to get to Ball park Lexington Legends Close to University too. Ac wasn’t working in exercise room. Never was fixed.

I loved the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable and it was a good location. We were on the fourth floor and in the bathroom you could hear the vent on the roof clanging all night long
