Needing to get money back for this stay, I brought up concerns to the front desk and received no help. Unfortunately did not get a name or pictures but I had to move rooms 3 times just to get to a room that I could stand to sleep in. I was offered no assistance moving my things from room to room. The first room smelled horribly or mildew, the second room had mold in the ac unit, the third still did not meet “exceptional” standards as listed with the room. I’m planning to get my money back.

Love the space so nice to have a separate bedroom with king bed. Very convenient location.

Beds and lines are of a high quality, large room, wide selection of foods for breakfast (not included in the room price), very friendly personnel. Keep in mind that AC unit is rather loud. A writing desk in the room would be nice.

Great charming place! Staff were excellent- Trace the bartender was a true artist with cocktails! Rooms were clean, super quiet and had a lot of space! Will recommend to anyone coming to town!

I only spent one night in The Elwood before booking into the Hilton which I regretted. This is a charming boutique styled hotel and features a lovely bar and restaurant. Its cozy, the friendly staff are fantastic and I had the best nights sleep there! Free parking and near to downtown.
