I made a reservation, but I never showed up in the system; I had to pay for the night because it was already 2 a.m., and I was sleepy and tired after traveling for 12 hours. I also lost the money for the reservation—the company I booked with didn't refund it.

The front desk staff was so nice. Great customer service. The freeway noise.

It was clean and had microwave,fridge,quite I thought the bed was a little to firm

Room smelled musty and of stale smoke

I see other reviews saying the place is a mess. I think people should give them some grace as they are renovating to update. Our room was spotless. The only thing was the pillows were not comfortable and breakfast was lacking a Would stay again

Trying to get partial or full refund..the room that was given too 103 had bugs all over it had complain because I had gotten bit in serval places showed office my bites and pic of bugs in room..and they said nothing could be done unexcpectable..plz need help in my refund..ty

Everything was wonderful

Room was clean and large, but the floors were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Sink didn't drain well. Hallways were dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was a joke. A $100 deposit was charged for incidentals which was not found out until we checked in.

Location Too many fly in my room.. and roor not clean good.

Very close to the interstate. Very spacious and clean, and great value for the money.

The check in staff was very courteous but forgot to give me the WiFi password. It didn't matter as I ended up watching a great movie. The checkout staff was efficient and informative about the $100 deposit refund process. The only issue was the room smelled slightly of paint due to the renovations. It wasn't bad enough to keep me from sleeping. I was somewhat wary of previous reviewers complaining of noise, but it was quiet all night. No noise issues. I'd stay again. Near Walmart and restaurants.

spacious, large TV and bathroom the AC was sooo loud I wasn't able to sleep the fridge didn't work and the microwave smelled like burning plastic when used.

Patel, the front desk person, was a very helpful staff member. My exceptional stay was largely due to his contributions. Centipede in my toilet and dust on my floor
