My only complaint was the beds and pillows. Bed was very hard and pillows were small and flat. Fine for a short stay but would not want to sleep in for more than a couple of nights.

Property is well maintained, clean, quiet. I originally was booked for 5 nights but had to extend it by a day. You would think that at the 3 day mark the cleaning staff would come in to freshen the room up but no. You can get clean towels at the desk when needed but their policy is that they only clean 1 time a week for longer stays. That is the one negative thing.

How clean it was It was too many unnecessary rules, the staff was mean and didn’t give good information about the stay, and I don’t think that hotel is for everybody!!!!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and our room was nice. I liked having a refrigerator. The snack area downstairs was perfect for us. Our room was comfortable and pleasant. I wish there was room service, we would have had to pay to have someone come and that was inconvenient. There was no number for us to call the front desk if we needed something.

Clean and staff was great. We were on 1st floor and the room above had either a home gym or trampoline because the ceiling shook for hours 2 nights in a row. I called the desk and the staff lady said she would check it out- I’m sure being up against a probable MMA fighter was no match. It continued. We were exhausted the 2nd night and had an early flight. Luckily fell asleep. Will stay again on top floor.

I brought my 3 granddaughters to KY to ride the rail ride and go to the KY horsepark! Since there were 4 women i reserved TWO queen suite rooms ! We were all so happy with our stay! From the friendly welcoming staff, to a clean and beautiful rooms with fully equipped kitchens and comfy beds , to the beautiful pool , easy parking, and secure entry, we so enjoyed our time at ever-home and highly recommend it!

The staff was terrible and the TVs did not work in the room and the sheets were itchy

The staff were absolutely beyond friendly and so welcoming. Check-in was quick, breezy, and not complicated whatsoever. The hotel was very very clean, organized, and overall well maintained. Our room was beautiful (we had a king suite) and very spacious! We had no issues with our stay and will definitely come back and stay again!
