Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream

This hotel featured well appointed roomy suites and a great breakfast and a bar with great food and drinks.

There is a $15 parking fee that has recently been added. I am a Hilton Honors member- I asked for a view for a special occasion, my window was literally a tree touching the window so you could see nothing. The lady who checked me in was very sloppily dressed, which was a shock for Embassy hotels. Not up to the usual standard at all.

It was absolutely beautiful the staff is what made the stay a five star. ⭐️ They greeted us with happy anniversary placed roses in the room and gave us complimentary tickets. Best staff ever !

The breakfast was nice, the cereal was a little stale but there were a lot of options. It was not at clean as I would have liked. The tub was dirty.

The bed and pillows was very comfortable and room was clean. The refrigerator was had ice frozen at top so was not very cold. They only had one elevator working which was a long wait to get on and off. Pricing was very good would stay here again.

Our family recently stayed at the Embassy Suites and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and also the pool. The amenities were awsome especially the free drinks from the bar and the evening free snacks. The free breakfast was also wonderful. I loved the made to order omelet! There were also so many sitting areas that were designed beautifully! The fountain was so pretty. The only negatives were that our door was hard to open and close on our room and one of the elevators wasn't working but overall I would highly reccomend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at embassy suites.

Convenience outstanding

It was convenient to the interstate . Wonderful breakfast and happy hour . Beds were comfy . Plenty of supplies . Nothing

The breakfast was very good and it was always stocked regardless of the time. The omelette station was nice. The rooms were very nice and clean. Room Service or the cleaning staff were excellent! I could tell that they had been in my room “EveryDay.” The staff at the desk was not friendly at all. The only time the staff said anything to you is when you checked in and when you checked out and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days!

Everything was amazing!!!!! Nothing it was all perfect!

Happy hour welcome with free drinks, nice bar area, and made-to-order omelets for breakfast.

It was beautiful and somewhat friendly The breakfast was cold it took for ever for our room took forever to cool off it didn’t cool off till about 5:30 and the shower was holding water so I couldn’t shower

The staff was amazing. One of our TVs didn’t work and the maintenance gentleman was so amazing. The you g lady at the front desk was sweet as well. I’m not sure what laundry soap they use but it does not smell good. In fact it stinks. A couple of our towels were not white and had hair in them. The sheets and blankets also smelled of whatever soap they use and its was not pleasant. The soap and shower gel also smell terrible. I have stayed and worse hotels with better scents. Breakfast was great. They should think about including turkey sausage and bacon as not everyone eats pork. This is my second stay here and I had the same experience. Thought the towels and bedding were a fluke the first time but nope, it’s how they roll. May need to try another hotel on my next trip to Lexington.
