Clarion Hotel Conference Center Lexington North

We stayed just 1 night. The room looked a little tired but it was clean and quiet. What stood out to us was the Sedona Taphouse which was attached to the facility. I don't think it is the same owner, but it seemed very popular for a Tuesday night.

Clean, great rooms. Front desk staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The property makes it clear no smoking and some frequent visitors disregard the policy. I wonder if the policy is truly being enforced. Also, make sure if your a woman and like a spacious vanity , ask for the second floor. I was given the first floor and the bathroom looked dated almost locker room like no place to put my makeup and other hygiene products. The eating area is dated and chairs look used and old.

Hotel does not match the pictures shown on line … only one area looks like that . Was really hoping the hot tub looked as pictured … it did not . Jets did not work well and the water feature was not working . Overall served its purpose !

Location was nice minus construction. Sedona Taphouse. I ordered guacamole and chips. Had a sticker from avocado in my food. I know mistakes happen but nothing no sorry or anything def didn’t finish eating it.

Staff was helpful, though housekeeping took dirty towels and didn’t leave fresh. Pool was freezing and had no towels. Hot tub jets were weak and only half worked. Water in hot tub was very cloudy green. Overall, we weren’t in town for the hotel, so everything was fine. Bed was ok and room was quiet.

Gave us a place to stay and the breakfast was good. Unbeknownst to us, the part of the building we were staying at was actively under construction. There was also no bathroom door in our room. At the time not worth the price of the stay.

Nothing The first room had roaches then they put us down the hall and there were little bugs in the bed. That was the last room and it smelled like animals in the room. The room door had a short in the key reader and all the front desk would say is well a lot of our rooms have that problem that’s why we are renovating.

Stay was overall good. Room did have a weird smell to it and couldn’t check in early. We had a luggage cart full and was heading to room when a nice gentlemen older employee asked if he could help which was appreciated. Really good breakfast as well.

Breakfast and Donna, the woman who came down when I complained was very cordial Airconditioning kept me awake...room was so dark I could barely see...worst was finding to blood spots on my sheets !

This hotel was far below hygienic standards for a hotel I would have probably gotten an infection if I swam in the hot tub as I did see a scab floating around the property was not maintained well at all everywhere you looked needed to have repairs. Please beware before booking.

Front desk staff was friendly. Our room was still being remodeled and had no bathroom door and was directly next to a stairwell that was a construction zone where work started just after 7 am. The air compressor was running before 7.

Nothing It was under renovation. The phone did not work in my room, the ice machine did not work, there was no door on the bathroom in my room, the breakfast was cold.

The beds were comfy and the staff was nice. Our room was under construction. There was drywall dust, no towel or toilet paper holders in the bathroom, and we did not have a bathroom door. I feel that what we paid for the room was not worth being in a room that was not finished and still under construction.

Breakfast that was included pitiful. Lack of electrical outlets in room unreal. Will never stay there again. Lady at ft desk was very kind. Did beg manager of restaurant to please bring me some food as I was very ill. Tipped them 100% as she did this on her break. The heating cooling unit. Worked only part of the time. I have stayed there at least 100 times in the past 8 yrs. Watched it go down the tubes. Will not stay again
