The property is amazing as well as the rooms and amenities. Very clean hotel and Breakfast was one of the best I've had all negative reviews of the hotel should be dismissed. Anyone would be happy staying here. The only negative i give it is the front desk could of been more helpful as far as being proactive about a booking mistake but it may be because of a language barrier I think when working at the front desk dealing with Majority Americans fluent English is important.

Very old. Room was damp and musty. Outdoor pool area was okay

I absolutely love this hotel and it's location however it was my husband and my 15th anniversary and we wanted to stay for the weekend. The internet was down and we could not stream movies or shows and since it was pouring down rain and storming the entire time we couldn't use the pool or hottub outside so we thought cuddle and watch movies. However when I went to tell a staff member our internet was down as friendly and helpful as she was getting us someone, he was NOT! He came to the room asked us what the issue was we explained he looked at us and said service is spotty in this old place and doesn't work in all the rooms, sorry... then he turned around and walked out!! Said nothing else, not even hey I'm so sorry but or hey maybe we could get you in a room with working internet since we had literally just checked in. I was shocked at how little he cared to help us. So no it wasn't the worst thing in the world by any means but it definitely left an impression on how lazy some of their staff was.

Paid extra for a balcony room and was on second floor. Paid for 2 queen beds and beds were double beds

I read some terrible, off-putting reviews of this hotel, but we found our experience to be the opposite. Yes, some the hotel is dated and a little run down in places, but it was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, spa, and small gym were great. Lots of comfortable places to sit inside and outside. The air conditioning worked well. Until our last night when a conference was starting, we almost had the place to ourselves.

Average stay

AC wouldn’t keep room cool. Front desk staff wasn’t always available or terribly helpful. Room fridge didn’t keep things cool & no microwave in room. Bathroom fixtures were in moderately poor repair. Great location & the room service food available was outstanding, however.
-
The Hotel was located in a convenient area and was easy to access and park. Staff was very friendly and the sitting areas were kept clean.
-
A bit cold in the hall way but everything else was perfect. Loved it. Stayed for our anniversary and had a fantastic time.
-
King room probably shouldn’t be advertised as for 3 guests because the “sofa” isn’t much more than a chaise lounger.
-
Breakfast bar is full of everything you would ever want to eat for breakfast!
-
Never was able to get the room service QR code to work, front desk was useless on this as well.
-
Lighting could be better and extra blankets.
-
Nice hotel and beautiful golf course. The hotel’s gym wasn’t all that. Cardio machines were loud and in need of maintenance. The AC unit in the room was also loud, but we didn’t complain to the hotel.
-
Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul as its age is sadly overshadowing the positives of the hotel.
-
On top of this, the room we were given had a broken AC unit that did not cool the room from the 78 degree temperature we arrived into despite maintenance coming to look at it. So there we were a family of 5 piled into one bed with no AC on a warm night in June with no offer to make it right for $195 a night.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Location and a beautiful property The breakfast that include only cover two people even though there was three guests. Also very loud not very relaxing for being a spa hotel.
