Lovely staff and very clean rooms.

The day staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Some of the night staff were rude and very curt. I don't think I would stay here again

Very limited breakfast menu

Very modern and well kept. Good food choices and excellent outdoor pool area

All very nice

Sadly has gone down hill from our last stay two years ago. Property looks like it needs sprucing up, carpet was old and ripped. The handle kept falling off the bathroom door, and the wallpaper was coming off.

Room wasn’t available that I booked. Air conditioner sounded like it was an airplane taking off. No ice in the ice machine on 1st floor.

I booked a two queen room with a balcony. When we got to our room, the desk attendant put us in a one queen with balcony. When I went down to address the issue, she was very apologetic. She then put us in a two queen room, without a balcony. At this point- we had a long and eventful day of travel and just wanted to rest. I told the gal, and she was apologetic again, but said there were no balcony rooms left. I would have thought there would be a complimentary something, anything, but nope. I had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom; there was a hair tie in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us, and the beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The noise from the hall was ridiculous, the door stuck open and had to be forcefully closed, as well as the AC unit would squeal every time it turned on. Very overpriced with no add on amenities. Will not recommend.

Pros: easy-ish location near highway (construction for 2 years). Outside pool with bar and outside spa. Amenity options. Inside bar and restaurant shower and water pressure. Cons: price. Limited chairs by pool. Outside bar closing time. Hallways dirty. Stairwells horribly dirty. Balcony not cleaned since fall. Sidewalks closed. Has smoking area attached to building on 2nd floor. Can smell cigarettes and hear people.

Room was very clean, guest services were welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the spa services, restaurant and pool area. All were wonderful. I especially recommend the spa!

Dirty room, dogs barking all hours of night kids screaming until 11:30pm at night. Horrible stay

Needs updating would not stay again

Blakeley and Mindy, the breakfast waitresses, were awesome, true rays of sunshine.

Room was very clean. However, it was very hot, A/C set to 65 and it wasn't reaching temperature. Went to the front desk to ask for a fan and housekeeping was gone for the day, Engineering was supposed to bring it up but never happened. Building is very nice but could use some updates.

Overall the hotel and amenities were nice. The biggest complaint was the cleanliness of our shower. The shower could use a detailed clean and even an update. The room itself was clean. While it was nice to have a breakfast buffet inside the hotel, we felt it was overpriced for the amount of breakfast options to choose from with the breakfast buffet. The pools were nice and we liked being able to choose from 2 pools and 2 spas. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy on the property.

Staff was great, one of the best. Rooms were nice but could have been cooler and with more amenities (no microwave is a bummer) but the shower was awesome. Some small cleanliness issues but nothing serious, and the property was having AC issues so it's understandable. Overall a nice week and a great staff, always a solid experience with Marriott.

The dining in the hotel was below pair for the hotel rating.
