Best Western Plus Urban Larco Hotel

My stay at this hotel was from July 8 to July 15. Overall, the location is very good. However, my experience was seriously affected by a situation that the hotel handled inadequately. On Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12, renovation work was carried out in the room next to ours. The constant noise made it impossible to rest or enjoy the room. What was most disappointing was that, despite reporting the situation and making several complaints, the hotel allowed the work to continue without taking effective measures to minimize the disturbance. After speaking with the managers, we were promised a move to a suite as a solution. However, when we were transferred to the new room, it was clearly inferior to the one we were already occupying, so the proposed solution did not match what had been promised. We later met again with the administration to seek a fair resolution. The only compensation offered was a late check-out and a meal. We considered this offer disproportionate to the inconvenience caused during two days of our stay. When we requested some form of refund or financial compensation, we were told that it was not possible because it was "not within their policies." We understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but they should be scheduled in a way that does not affect guests' experience. At the very least, the hotel should not assign rooms adjacent to areas where construction or renovation work is being carried out, or should inform guests in advance so they can decide whether they wish to stay under those conditions. What was most concerning was not only the noise, but also the lack of an adequate solution and the unwillingness to provide compensation that reflected the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, due to the way this issue was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not consider staying here again.

The people service is perfect Need at least 2 towels replaced all the days, but they provided only one.

Close to waterfront mall and short walk to Kennedy Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was excellent.

Location was great, only a couple of blocks from Larcomar and the Malecon. Breakfast was good, with enough choices and you can have your eggs cooked to order. They also prepare packed breakfast if you have a tour that leaves early in the morning. Room was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Staff was very courteous.

The Best Western Urban Larco is the Best! Although, I am wondering why only 3 ?, the hotel has it all. Service made by professional staff, comfy apartments of any kind and price, cuisine and location. If you want to experience Miraflores and Barranco that place is a must to book. Thank you all for the very best stay! Keep it up ? Nothing to complain about!

The location is ideal for walking the Malecon, shopping, beaches, restaurants and sightseeing. Its very close to Lacomar and has a great coffee shop, Puka Puka, next door. Hot water and AC worked great! Beds were comfy and room was spacious. The hotel moved us to a jr suite on our second day because when we arrived they only had one room left, a standard with king bed. I had reserved a superior with two beds. The staff were so apologetic the next day. They even sent up a tray of sweets that afternoon. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods rotated every day. All good!

Nothing that I could think of.

The modern bathroom made it for me, spacious and nice water pressure. The bed was so soft, the sheets were so clean, that I could not get my self out of it. Cozy room. The price was extraterrestrial, it went past way higher than the roof. It past flying AlphaCentauri and got to say hi to Andromeda. They are sending astronauts to the moon, because from earth, the price is not visible anymore.

The staff very kind and location is great, I would stay there when I come back to Lima.

Great breakfast one day. Location is good. One of our rooms was great. Breakfast not good one day. One of the rooms smelled like mildew. They moved us to another room that smelled like mildew, had to pay to upgrade to a room that didn’t smell. Dinner at the restaurant was not good.
