Expensive daily rate. Pool area could have better design and would be nice to have a balcony or rooftop deck to further enjoy the nice weather and views.

Great location. You walk out of your hotel into a great area. Felt very safe. It is an upscale hotel. I think a great spot in the city. Also, a great spot to venture out.

We were not prepared or informed by the staff about the extensive New Year's Eve fireworks that occurred from midnight until 3 AM outside our window! We did not get sleep that night

Would have liked main restaurant to have opened earlier for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area with full menu but would have preferred restaurant after a long travel day. Soundproofing was not great. Noise from street made sleep somewhat challenging.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect right above the ocean. Food and drinks were really good. Even if you are a foreigner and therefore exempt from the 18% VAT tax on the room, if you buy food or drinks at the bar, there’s a 10% service charge and an 18% VAT on those items and if you tip on top of that, you’re paying about 40% on top of the actual cost. Just beware.
