Location on oceanfront in the best area of the city. 10km park along the beachfront. Great for running, walking, bike riding, exercise, sunsets, open green spaces Actually beaches are too narrow, but everything accessible from the hotel.

Excellent room and view, Onsen was wonderful. Food is exceptional but expensive for dinner. Waiters great The front desk clerk, Pakalen, gave us wrong information for traveling the area each time we asked him. Us: Are there any restaurants to eat close by, walking distance? Him: no. Closest is 30 mins away by taxi. Result: we found 2 restaurants in a 7 mins walk. Steak and shaved ice, and another excellent ramen restaurant Us: How can we travel without car to the Aquarium and Kouri Island? Him: You can take a taxi or private car. I will get you a private driver. No other way. Result: After deciding and discussing with him over 2 days, he calls the driver and he is not available. A waste of time. We called the nearby Halekani Hotel for help. Found out there’s a direct bus nearby that goes directly to the aquarium. From there we got a taxi to Kouri Island. Saved us $200, rather than a private car. The hotel needs someone at the front desk that knows the area better and not give misinformation, like a Concierge. This is the only reason I give this 4 and not 5 stars.

Brand new property, nice modern atmosphere. Room was super comfortable and the facilities were great. We loved the gym! Top points for breakfast too.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, and the concierge assisted us even before we arrived. Management went above and beyond — even sending IT to fix my daughter’s internet for work. Great breakfast, great location, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Great location in Lima Miraflores, accommodating staff, easy check in process, great facilities (gym, pool, bar, restaurants). Rooms were spacious, clean and modern bathrooms, comfortable beds. Nothing to mention.
