New, clean, good breakfast. Great gym. No bathtub. Some staff were unfriendly. Have to ask staff to get you to the pool area

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious with a huge bed with the most comfortable bedding. We had the best nights sleep here. The staff were all very nice and helpful. N/A

The location is excellent, near Larcomar and within minutes of restaurants. The breakfast service was the highest point of our stay, with attentive staff and a very good selection every day. Upon arrival, the desk person would not give us the wifi password indicating that with the room number was ok, obviously it was not, and I had to come down to complain. Without even saying "sorry", she wrote the appropriate password in a piece of paper, handed it over and continued to talk with the other person behind the desk. Not what you’d expect regarding service. The second day, we noticed that the sheets had some stains and left a note on the bed asking to change them, they were not changed and we had to put up with the stained sheets (hopefully only stained and not dirty) one more night. So… Not happy with that!!!

Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a really nice area. Used the roof top pool in the intercontinental and it was very nice. Got some great sunsets from there There were no amenities in the bathroom and the toilet paper was rough and thin. We faced the courtyard which was noisy until midnight which made it hard to sleep if you had to get up early

Great location close to the malecón and some restaurants. The hotel feels new, the rooms are very spacious and the gym is nice. The only comment I have is that you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.
