The staff including managers I thought were poor communicators. They waited until check out to inform me of problems with my bill and they had 2 days to try and resolve it.

The Lima location was perfect, the hotel’s room service was very good, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job in servicing our room everyday - he was awesome! Nothing

The location, the beds were comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious and well prepared, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The heated pool was very nice too. Our shower was leaking and spraying onto the ceiling which looks like it hasn’t been fixed in a while as the ceiling was bubbled up from water damage. The food options at the pool weren’t very diverse. I wanted a salad for lunch so we had to pack up our pool stuff and put clothes on and go downstairs to the restaurant.

Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of the beach district of Miraflores The website made it look like an average property. It was anything but. Breakfast was exceptional!

Beautiful hotel with a great location, modern and luxurious. One of the employees Andres was great with great personality and charisma . He made my trip a lot of fun. Definitely I will come back next year ?? I wish the bathroom has a door. Gel & champú & body lotion a little too far from the shower so when you have to get soap gets cold . Need a magnifier mirror, I was surprised that the room did not have one . At the restaurant serves need to offer water ? ? yo the guests . I had ti go to the bar while dining to get a glass of water . Rooftop Bar AMBRA needed more heaters. Kind of cold in July .

Style and size of the room We were give a room just below the rooftop bar. Loud sound until late in the morning. Get sure to receive a room on another floor.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was really great!

Located 2 blocks from the ocean with great views from the roof top bar and pool. Roof top bar is beautiful but they close the bar at 7:00pm
