Location Room's bathroom could use a refresh... All was functioning, but seriously worn off. The hotel was almost empty despite upcoming national holiday, so the breakfast was super poor and rather symbolic.

After the initial stress, when we arrived in front of the hotel and it was closed, the situation changed and I can say that we did not make a bad choice. Our arrival was around six o'clock in the morning. The hotel staff took care of us (even later, another 4 guests arrived) and accommodated us even in these early hours of the morning. After a 15-hour flight, it was an incredible relief, for which we are still very grateful today, because as we found out on our next trip through South America, this is not commonplace everywhere and we appreciate it very much. The breakfast was very modest (we had no idea what was waiting for us on the next trip) but very tasty and the staff really took care of us in every way. The location was excellent and we reached all the important points on foot, even the park with the fountains. We could have gotten a room facing the courtyard, as the orientation to the main street is quite noisy, especially in the morning rush hour, but we did not deal with it. The room and other parts of the hotel did not correspond to the photos in terms of facilities, but since we spent whole days outside, we did not consider it important, but we took it into account in the rating. The hotel would deserve a slight renovation.

The service was excellent, the employees helped us arrange a taxi, gave good instructions. The breakfast wasn't as good as I hoped. You had the basics you needed to fill your belly but nothing more, nothing less.

Location was short walk to historic center. Decent breakfast. Hotel is getting run down. Our room looked very old in areas. The furniture should be thrown out. Hotel was unheated.

Has someone stay to open at 1:00am when i informed them of flight delays. It was decent for the price. Very and friendly kind staff. Water was cold. Window a bit dangerous as it is low to ground and would be a straight drop 11 stories. Bit run down.
